Chemokine receptor is a kind of transmembrane receptor (GPCR) which includes seven hydrophobic transmembrane structures.Studies have shown that chemokine and their receptors play an important role in inflammatory reaction, pathogen infection, wound repair, tumor formation and metastasis and so on.But, the role of chemokine receptors in teleost fish, especially in fish antiviral remains unclear. In this study, the ORF sequence of CC chemokine receptor 6a (CCR6a) gene was cloned from tissue of orange-spotted grouper, and its sequence and evolutionary relationship were analyzed. At the same time, tissue distribution, subcellular localization and antiviral function of this gene were studied. The results showed that the full length of ORF sequence of CCR6a gene in oblique grouper was 1 131 bp, encoding 376 amino acids.Evolutionary tree analysis showed that orange-spotted grouper CCR6a was the closest relative between giant grouper.Quantitative real-time PCR (RT-qPCR) detection of CCR6a tissue distribution found that CCR6a was high expression in immune tissue like kidney, gill, and skin.Subcellular localization showed that CCR6a was distributed in membrane.Overexpression of CCR6a in GS cells could significantly inhibit the replication of red-spotted grouper nervous necrosis virus (RGNN).These results would help to understand the role of fish chemokines in viral infections.

In order to study the optimal feeding rate between the hybrid porgy (HF2) of Acanthopagrus schlegelii♀(black porgy) ×Pagrus major♂(red porgy) and black porgy, four feeding rates of 2.5%, 4.0%, 5.5% and 7.0% were designed to compare the differences in growth performance, growth related gene expression and digestive enzyme activity between the two kinds of fish under different feeding rates. The results showed that the final body weight (FBW), weight gain rate (WGR), specific growth rate (SGR) and igf1 gene expression levels of the HF2 and black porgy increased firstly and then decreased, and the 4.0% group was significantly higher than the other three groups (P<0.05); the expression of ghr gene in the 4.0% group was significantly lower than the 2.5% group, and there was no significant difference between the other two groups (P>0.05) when the feeding rate increased; the lipase activity decreased significantly while the feeding rate increased to 4.0% (P<0.05); and hepatosomatic index(HSI), survival rate (SR) and pepsin activity decreased significantly while the feeding rate was increased to 7.0% (P<0.05).Feeding rate had no significant effect on coefficient of variation and feed conversion ratio of the two fishes (P>0.05).FBW, WGR, SGR, pepsin activities and igf1 gene expression of the HF2 in the 4.0% and 5.5% groups were significantly higher than those of black porgy (P<0.05).The results revealed that the optimal feeding rates of the HF2 and black porgy was 4.0%, and the growth performance and digestive capacity of the HF2 were better than that of black porgy.

In order to explore the feasibility of aquaculture of purple sea urchin (Anthocidaris crassispina) in raft, a raft culture experiment of purple sea urchin was carried out in Qida sea area of Lianjiang, Fujian Province from April 2021 to September 2022.In the existing abalone culture sea area, the raft culture facilities were used to feed kelp (Laminaria japonica) and asparagus (Gracilaria lemaneiformis) regularly. After 17 months of breeding, the diameter of the purple sea urchin had reached ( 47.10 ± 4.07 )mm, the body mass had reached ( 43.40 ± 8.80 )g, and the gonadosomatic index was 4.45 % ± 2.97%.The test results showed that it was feasible to use the existing abalone marine raft culture facilities to carry out the marine raft culture of purple sea urchins, but it was necessary to improve the culture facilities according to the characteristics of purple sea urchins such as long thorns.

To understand the changing laws of net fouling biological communities in the Leizhou Bay and provide a scientific basis for cage anti-fouling and green farming, the annual hanging net experiment divided into upper and down water layers carried out at the southeast wharf of Leizhou Bay from June 2020 to June 2021.The results showed that a total of 35 species of fouling organisms were detected, belonging to 11 phylums, 28 families and 35 genus. The spatial characteristics were the total number of species (29~32), Shannon-Wiener index (H', 0.985~2.010), Pielou index (J, 0.539~0.852), and Margalef index (d,0.539~2.856) in the upper and lower water layers. The abundance was higher than that in the lower water layer (8.50 ind·cm-2), and the biomass was higher than that in the lower water layer (0.01 g·cm-2), which showed that the fouling organisms in the upper water layer were larger in fouling and body size. The seasonal variation was characterized by the least species in winter (7 species).Using Excel and SPSS, the diversity and univariate analysis of 56 net samples were carried out respectively. The results showed that Shannon-Wiener index (H') and Margalef index (d) in winter were lower than those in other seasons, but evenly there was no difference in the Pielou index (J); compared with time accumulation, the most types of nets were attached throughout the year, then could conclude that the longer the time, the richer the species diversity. The RDA analysis showed that temperature affects the structure of the fouling biological community. The main groups of net fouling organisms in the waters of Leizhou Bay include Arthropoda, Molluscs and Chlorophyta.Spatially, there was little difference in biodiversity between upper and lower water layer. The biodiversity in spring, summer and autumn was larger than that in winter, while temperature (average contribution rate: 44.95%) and salinity (average contribution rate: 31.90%) were the main environmental factors affecting the community structure.

Methods of cleaning the fouling organisms in the process of aquaculture is related to production benefit, because of the aquaculture facilities, mariculture objects or aquaculture process can be affected by fouling organisms. The present paper investigated the treatment methods for fouling organisms of marine aquaculture facilities in the main aquaculture areas of Fujian Province.According to the survey, there was a lack of effective preventive measures while manual removal was the main way.Actually, the fish farmers usually ignored it, even if needed to clean, dry or manual removal were the preferred methods.Only a few were treated with a screen washer or sprayed with formalin. The survey showed that the main treatment methods for fouling organisms in Fujian province were traditional, time-consuming, inefficient, and labor intensive, even more, advanced technique and equipment were difficult to adapt to actual production.

In order to study the water quality of the shellfish culturing areas in the Dongying River estuary, Shandong Province, seasonal monitoring of seawater quality was carried out from 2020 to 2021.The study used the Nemerow environmental composite quality index (P), the trophic state index (E) and the organic pollution assessment index (A) to evaluate the quality of the water environment. The results of the study showed that, with the exception of a few monitoring points in the autumn mudflat area, the physicochemical indicators and nutrient salts of the seawater in the Dongying estuary shellfish culturing area all met the seawater quality standard of Class Ⅱ, indicating that the seawater quality in the Dongying River estuary shellfish culturing areas was good. However, there was a trend towards eutrophication in local areas of the tidal flat breeding area in the autumn.Meanwhile, it should be paid attention to the variation of chemical oxygen demand (COD) and inorganic nitrogen (DIN) in autumn. The results of this study could provide a scientific basis for the ecological management of the water environment in the shellfish culturing areas.

With the development of economy and population, the environmental pollution, especially water pollution, is becoming more and more serious. This poses a threat to aquatic life and human health.Agricultural solid waste has served as a high potential alternative kind of materials for conventional sorbents because of the low cost, high adsorption capacity, easy modification and simple operation. In this paper, when agricultural solid waste was used as adsorbent, the properties of agricultural waste, adsorption mechanism, influencing factors and adsorption performance of PAHs and OPs in water environment were reviewed. The applications of agricultural wastes as adsorbents were also prospected.
