    Study on artificial propagation of Nothobranchius Guentheri

    The artificial propagation were done under the different temperature of 20℃, 23℃, 26 ℃, 29 ℃ and 32 ℃. The results show that under the conditions of 26 ℃, The daily fecundity of Nothobranchius Guentheri was the largest, and the fertilization rate was the highest , 26℃ is the best temperature to Nothobranchius Guentheri reproduction.;Ten mating pattern of broodstock were studied during the breeding , we found that when the mating pattern were 4♂ +1♀、2♂+1♀ and 1♂+ 1♀ ,the daily fecundity were higher, and the fertilization rate of which were higher too, 4♂+1♀ 、2♂+1♀ and 1♂+1♀ were the best mating pattern to Nothobranchius Guentheri production; we also observed the spawning period of three batches of broodstock for 20 weeds under 25~26℃, it showed that 15 to 17 weeks the daily fecundity of Nothobranchius Guentheri was the largest, the daily fecundity was 20 to 30eggs/tail.

    Comparison on detection method of chlorophyll a

    This paper compared 3 kinds of membrane (glass fiber filtration film, cellulose acetate membrane, microporous membrane), different extraction time and different temperature on chlorophyll a content determination of centrifugal effect. The results showed that glass fiber membrane chlorophyll a determination was significantly higher than that of acetate fiber filter and microporous membrane; the optimal time for extracting chlorophyll a was in 14h-24h.The measured chlorophyll a content added with ice was higher than that without ice added.

    The discussion on the development of fish boats and fisheries machinery in Quanzhou

Throughout history, the development process of marine fishing vessel in Quanzhou can be divided into three phases: wooden sailing ship phase, fishing motor sailer phase and steel fishing vessel phase. The paper reviewed the development history of three kinds of fish boats, put emphasis on the conclusion in development and changes of steel fishing vessel in the period of the last twenty years, and discussed the existing problems of fish boats and development direction in the future.

    Comparison of Two sanded way of Aquaculture Babylonia in cement pond

    In order to create a economic and efficient sediments aquaculture Babylonia in cement pond, two methods of sanded sediments on bottom were tested to compare the results of farming Babylonia. The results showed that the growth of B. aerolata and B.formosae habei was not significant difference same way sanded,under the breeding water temperature and the stocking density similar cases in same season different years. When the methods of sanded sediments were left the bottom sanded, that the growth rate of body weight daily of B. aerolata and B.formosae habei, was higher than which affixed to the bottom sanded 85.0% and 68.6%, the growth rate daily of shell height was higher than it 56.1% and 45.4%. The methods of leaving the bottom sanded sediments was effective technological measures of Babylonia aquaculture to build economic, efficient sediments in cement pond.

    Study on The extracting process of gelatin from Balloonfish

    The best extracting process of gelatin from ballomfish skin was studied. To observe the effect of sodium hydroxide and vitriol and their action time to the extracting efficiency and quality.The results showed that the ballomfish skin was marinate with 8 times volume of 0.2%sodium hydroxide and 0.3%vitriol successively. Then the factors of the volume of water, the time and the temperature of extracting to the influence of the extracting rate were observed. The results showed that the best extracting technology was 4 times volume,the temperature was 60℃,and two hours one time.

    Abstract:To investigate into the water pollution caused by arsenic and heavy metal in meizhou Bay,4 batches of water samples and 1 batches of sediment from 20 sites are collected and the contents of As,Hg,Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd are measured with the application of atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer and atomic absorption spectrometry and Multi-functional Polarograph method. The results show that, Meizhou Bay waters and sediments of Arsenic and Heavy Metals in good condition. Analysis of arsenic and heavy metals in water and sediment distribution,seasonal variation and pollution in the meizhou bay.

    Abstract:9 batchs of catch samples(the total weight was 79.66kg),were collected from shrimp beam trawl from January to November(except forbidden fishing season) in 2010 in Minnan fishing ground.By species identification and catch sample analysis,the results showed that the total species of catches were 62 kinds,including 35 kinds of fishes,17 kinds of shrimps, 4 kinds of crabs,2 kinds of squillas and 4 kinds of cephalopod.Based on the weight proportion analyzing,shrimps accounted for 69.85 percentages,fishes17.09 percentages,crabs 0.11 percentages,squilla 11.00 percentages and cephalopod 1.94 percentages.

    Investigation and evaluation on petroleum hydrocarbon pollution in the south sea area of Zhoushan

    The petroleum hydrocarbon pollution level was evaluated in the south sea area of Zhoushan, according to the investigation result of water, surface sediment and marine animals in Aug.2008 ~Jun.2009, the results showed that in water, the average concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbon accorded with the first and second class of the water of National Standards. The relativity between Petroleum hydrocarbon and pH, salinity, temperature, DO, COD was very small. The concentration of petroleum hydrocarbon in winter was least, other seasons had no evident difference. The quality of surface sediment and marine animals were well.

    Primary study of productive culture technology of Fugu flavidus in mud ponds

    Fugu flavidus is good nutritional value and multi-purpose, which is wide-used in different fields. Its culture in mud ponds will add culture species and improve its profits in mud culture. The paper will provide a technical guide of its culture based on daily management, feeding and water quality management, disease preventing and cure. Fugu flavidus grows quickly in mud ponds with weight-growth rate of 0.658g/day , and the survival rate is 86.7%. There is two feeding peak with dawning and dusk, the time of feeding is about 1-2hours, and the amount of feed of dawning accounts for 1/3 of total daily amount. The Daily feeding rate is 2.0~3.0% in early-stage, and 1.5~2.0% in late-stage, which have to be modified in abnormal condition. The amount of water exchange is 20%~40%. According to the principle of “prevention is first combined with treatment”, the disease will be control, prevented and treated mainly with the management of water quality, feed and drugs using.

    Improvenment of simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in marine organism by atomic fluorenscence apectrometry

    The method was presented for the simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in marine organism by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The influence of instrument parameters,digestive system, KBH4 concentration were optimized.The influence of NO2- was avoided.The developed method showed limits of detection of 0.02mg/Kg for arsenic , 0.002 mg/Kg for mercury and relative deviatiaons of 2.83% for arsenic ,2.05% for mercury.The method,its simplicity,sensitivity and reliability,has good suitability for the simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in marine organism.

    Aquatic seed industry is the cornerstone of the development of aquaculture.Promoting the construction of commercial seed breeding system can solve the prominent problem of the separation between scientific research and market in the traditional breeding system.In order to further promote the development of aquatic commercial breeding,this paper analyzed the development status and shortcomings of China’s aquatic seed industry enterprises through literature query,data statistics and case comparison.It was considered that the development momentum of China’s aquatic seed industry enterprises was good,which was reflected in the improvement of enterprise breeding awareness,the effective application of seed conservation and control technology,and the diversity of commercial breeding forms.At the same time,China’s aquatic seed industry enterprises also had problems such as weak enterprise competitiveness,development potential and risk resistance,which were reflected in weak independent innovation ability,less investment in breeding R & D,small enterprise scale and so on.In this regard,we proposed to further enhance the competitiveness of China’s aquatic seed industry and promote the commercial development of aquatic breeding by formulating breeding innovation strategies from the two aspects of breeding objects and breeding process,extending vertically and broadening the seed industry chain horizontally.

    Research on Death Caused by Secondary Bacterial Infection of

    The research separated bacteria from livers of Pseudosciaena crocea suffering from Cryptocaryon irritans, and the result showed that bacteria can’t be separated in relatively light disease, but can be separated in very bad condition. Sparated virus was tested after purifying as Vibrio vulnificus. Challenge test demonstrated that the morbidity and mortality were 100% and 80%, respectively. The research showed that the bacteria in Pseudosciaena crocea suffering from Cryptocaryon irritans was secondary infection. It was a nosogenetic virus causing the death of Pseudosciaena crocea that got diseases. Their infection way was from water to vulnificus to bodies.

    Study on Extracting Collagen Peptides with characters of moisture retention and absorption capacity from Acaudina molpadioides

    The extraction technology of collagen peptides from acaudina molpadioides was studied in this article. The non-collagen protein of acaudina molpadioides was separated by sodium chloride solution, using single factor experiment to validate the optimal conditions of sodium chloride solution including the concentration of 9%, 10 times volume of the quality of acaudina molpadioides, marinated for 24h. Under these terms, the proportion of separated non-collagen protein in the total protein accounted for 11.5%. Based on single enzyme factor experiment, AS.1398 neutral protease was selected to hydrolyze collagen protein of acaudina molpadioides. Considering the moisture-absorption and moisture-retention, orthogonal experiment was conducted to optimize the preparation of the collagen peptides from acaudina molpadioides, with the results of the solid/liquid ratio 1:2, temperature 40℃, amount of added enzyme 2400 U/g, pH 7.5, and reacting time 3h, the moisture absorbency and moisture-retention ability achieved to 6.11% and 81.23%, respectively.

    Preliminary study of artificial propagation technology of Andrias davidianus

    Artificial propagation technology of Andrias davidianus was studied under experimental conditions in early July. The experiments were conducted in the cave with 200m length, 5.2m width and 4.5m height, and artificial cave for Andrias davidianus was made of flagstones and pebbles in breeding ponds with their area 6 m2and 0.48 m2 in this cave. The parent Andrias davidianus was 5-7 years old second filial generation. The culture condition for parent Andrias davidianus was as follows: temperature, 19.0℃~20.5℃, pH, 7.2~7.3,DO, 5.8~7.4mg/L, light intensity<300Lux. LRH-A2 and HCG were injected into the abdominal cavity for the artificial reproduction of parent Andrias davidianus, and their dosages (for male and female individuals) 10ug/㎏~20ug/㎏ and 1000IU/㎏~2000IU/㎏, respectively. During the experiment, a total 26 female and 24 male Andrias davidianus were involved. After 4 days of hormone injection, 962 fertilized eggs were collected from 3800 eggs of 4 female individuals, and 172 larvae were hatched by 35-38d hatching, and the hatching rate was 18%.

    Abstract: Reported two batch culture results of Babylonia areolata in outdoor concrete tanks on August 10, 2009 and July 10, 2010 .The results show that early July before and after is the best time to put the Babylonia areolata seed which shell height is 0.6~1.0cm in Southern Fuiian coast. Throughout the culture process , the average temperature was 26.1 ℃, the average daily growth of shell height was 0.16mm and the average daily growth of weight was 0.037 g. The specific shell height growth rate and the specific weight growth rate were 0.97% and 2.74% respectively. The Babylonia cultivation cycle is only 144 days.

    Abstract: To study the effect of blocking transmission of nervous necrosis virus NNV,some medication of This report detected NNV from the key parts of hatching Epinephelus coioides such as parent fish, eggs, feeds by reverse transcription poly merase chain reaction(RT-PCR).The detection of the soil, eggs, larvae, yang fishes, rotifers and copepods by RT-PCR indicate that the NNV challenged were all have positively infected samples. NNV took with eggs, rotifers and copepods was completely inactivity within 20min and 30min after exposure to a solution of 50~100 mg/L Povidone Iodine. NNV took with eggs, rotifers and copepods was completely inactivity within 30min and 40min after exposure to a solution of 3~5 mg/ L Moroxydine Hydrochloride. NNV took with eggs, rotifers and copepods was completely inactivity within 20min and 30min after exposure to a solution of 50mg/L Povidone Iodine and 3mg/L Moroxydine Hydrochloride.

    A preliminary study on microsatellite markers screening from EST sequences of Larimichthys crocea

    A normalized gonad cDNA library of Larimichthys crocea was constructed, from which 3535 EST were obtained by sequencing clones. The frequency and density of 2-6 bp SSR were analyzed from these ESTs. Amount of 150 SSR (4.24%) were obtained, among which there were 64 dinucleotide, 80 trinucleotide, 5 tetranucleotide and 1 pentanucleotide sequences. The trinucleotide repeats motifs were the most abundant motif in these SSR (53.3%). Among the dinucleotide and trinucleotide sequences(TG/GT/AC/CA)n and (GAG/AGG/GGA/CCT)n repeats were the dominant motifs, which accounted for 26% and 14%, respectively. 62 pairs of primers were designed from EST sequences containing SSR. And 8 of them showed polymorphic PCR products by electrophoresis on 2.0% agarose gel. Polymorphism rate was 12.9%. The results will contribute to the development of EST-SSR marker and the research of genes which contain SSR in coding regions.

    Distribution Features of oil in Sea water and Sediment in Quanzhou Bay dingguangmao Ocean Environment and Fishery Resources Monitoring Center of Fujian Province,Fuzhou 350003,China Abstract: Distribution features of in sea water and sediment in Quanzhou bay were discussed, based on the results of the oil content in sea water and sediment in Quanzhou bay. The results showed that: the range of the oil concentration in water was from 0.006 to 0.216mg/L (average 0.068mg/L). The oil concentration in water was highest in Jinjiang estuary and summer. The range of the oil concentration in sediment was from 42.4mg/kg to 1290mg/kg (average 615mg/kg). The oil concentration in sediment was highest in sea area of Hanjiang and was closely related to types of sediment.

The author made wave characteristics observations outside and inside of the floating tyre breakwater with HDPE pipe in Luoyuan Bay, and worked out the calculation and analysis, to verify the wave reducing performance of the breakwater.The result indicate: the floating tyre breakwater with HDPE pipe has the effect of wave- clip, which efficiency reaches 33.33%~-42.86%.     Wild Erythroculter ilishaeformis fry in Minjiang river basin were taken as experimental material , which fed on artificial formula feed after feed domestication. After three years of net cage culture in reservoirs, the wild fish completely adapted to the living environment of net cage; the mean weight reaching 1.2kg, parent Erythroculter ilishaeformis with sexual maturity and reproductive capacity were attained. In 2005 and 2006 the selected parent Erythroculter ilishaeformis cultured by ourself were used for conducting experiments of artificial breeding in June after two months of intensive cultivation. The mixture of LRH-A2 and HCG was used as artificial injection oxytocin; by natural spawning, fertilization, hatching, and fry rearing, a total of 1602000 Erythroculter ilishaeformis fry were attained.

    We conducted the investigation in physical-chemical and biological factor of health-breeding earth-pond which cultured Portunus pelagicus、Penaeus japonicus and Ruditapes philippinarum. Here is our experimental results: the water temperature was between(17.5±1.7)℃ to (31.1±3.6)℃, the specific gravity of sea water was between (1.022±0.001)to(1.024±0.001), the pH of sea water was between(8.0±0.2)to(8.3±0.1). The value of water transparency was 52±7.9 cm, dissolved oxygen 6.76±0.18 mg/L, inorganic nitrogen 0.59±0.61 mg/L, labile phosphate 0.019±0.013 mg/L, substratum sulfide 59.2±43.4 mg/kg. The numbers of algae species were 23±5 in our earth-pond, the amounts of algae(1.08±1.16)×105 individals/L. There were 8 dominant species which were lack of abundance but stable in those populations. And moreover, the monthly growth curve of Portunus pelagicus、Penaeus japonicus and Ruditapes philippinarum with health breeding suggested that our breeding model was matured but also efficient. The model in our study can be demonstrated after technically integration and popularized in the future.

    Primary study on Artificial Propagation and the Hatching Techniques of Fertilized Eggs of Octopus Vulgaris

    Abstract: Octopus Vulgar has a high nutritional value, commodity value and potential of industrial farming prospects,so it is considered as a new candidate for aquaculture in Fujian Province, China. In this study, the authors focus on the artificial propagation and hatchery technology of fertilized eggs of Octopus Vulgaris during 2008-2011.The resuits indicate that there were 77 femal broodstocks spawned 1940000 eggs in the 127 enriched femal broodstocks,and the hatched larvae were 1434000.the rates of spawning,fertilization and hatching rate were 46.2%-86.7%,75.6%-91.8% and 77.9%-95.0%. Under 20.0℃-22.5℃,it took 21d-36d from fertilization to hatching,the climax when larvae emerge from eggs is in 4th day to 6th day after hatching.The time lasts 10d-16d from the fist larve to the last one emerged in every ovarian.

    A triphase red tide in Xiamen Seas and its causes analysis

    Abstract: A red tide in Tong’an bay, Xiamen Seas during July 26 to August 7 2011 was reported in this paper, and the in situ hydrological, meteorological, chemical and biological factors were analyzed. It was indicated that this red tide with the area of 105 km2 was a hybrid triphase red tide in which the red tide species include Skeletonema costatum, Akashiwo sanguinea, Chaetoceros sp.. The major causes were eutrophication, continuous high air temperature and the water body stability of neap tide, and the air pressure due to “Luotan” typhoon and sharp decline of salinity due to rainfall also contributed to this red tide

    Status analysis of nutrients and eutrophication assessment in seawater of the Xiangshan Harbor

    Based on the field data of the Xiangshan Harbor in April and July in 2010,the distribution characteristics and spatio-temporal variations of N、P、Si nutrients and the structure characteristics of them in Xiangshan Harbor are analyzed.Furthermore,the value of Si:N:P ,eutrophication index (E),organic index (A) and potential eutrophication were employed to assess the eutrophication degree of the whole sea water..The results of comprehensive analysis have shown that,the distribution of DIN in July and PO4-P in April and July decreased gradually from the inner bay to the bay mouth.However, the content of inorganic nitrogen in April and silicate was relatively high in Xangshan Bay top.From the nutrition structure,the inorganic phosphorus was the limit factor for growth of phytoplankton, and compared with Redfield ration and limit standard of chemical measure for the nutrient salts, it is accorded with the limit condition of inorganic phosphorus.According to eutrophication index (E) and organic index (A),the whole waters in Xiangshan Bay was in the serious pollution condition.Furthermore,the level of organic pollution and eutrophication was highest in Xiangshan Bay,has a decreasing trends from Xiangshan Bay top to exit. Because of Xiangshan Bay hydrodynamic situation feebleness,the red disaster occur at any moment in case of suitable hydrometeorological conditions.

    Distribution and ecological risk assessment of heavy metals in surface sediments of Fuqing Bay

    In order to understand the Fuqing Bay surface sediments, heavy metals pollution status and its potential ecological hazards, as well as heavy metals and organic matter content in the correlation, from June to August in 2009 we investigated Fuqing Bay surface sediments, heavy metals and organic matter content, and used single factor index method, and Hakanson potential ecological risk index to evaluate it comprehensively. The results show that, Fuqing Bay surface sediments of Cu, Pb, ,Cd, Hg, As and organic matters, the average content are 17.4 × 10-6,31.7 × 10-6,0.058 × 10-6,0.079 × 10-6,8.90 × 10 -6 and 1.31%, which are consistent with a type of marine sediment quality standards that means it has good quality. Apositive correlation of heavy metals, especially a positive correlation with organic matter is obvious. Heavymetal single factor index in decreasing order is: Pb (1.27) > As (0.59)> Cu (0.58)> Hg (0.40)> Cd (0.12), heavy metal pollution index was 2.96 for the low-pollution level; individual potential ecological risk of heavy metals parameters were Hg (15.8)> Pb (6.35)> As (5.94)> Cd (3.48)> Cu (2.91), the potential ecological risk index (RI) was 34.5. which indicated that Fuqing Bay existed a low potential ecological risk.

    Abstract: In order to develop the artificial propagation techniques of Centropristis Striata,the broodstocks rearing, artificial propagation,embryonic development and larval rearing of Centropristis Striata were studied in this paper.The results showed that the broodstock survival rate was 82.6%.The were 7 batches of eggs and 15 million eggs which the diameter of fertilized eggs was 0.90 ~ 1.20 mm(mean 0.98 mm ) and 1 the oil globules . The fertilization rate was 76.50% .After hatching ,there were 8.6 million larval which the hatched rate was74.94%.Based on the external morphological features, six periods including 21 stages of Centropristis Striata embryo are established, which are cleavage period, blastula period, gastrula period, neural period, organogenesis period and hatching period.The time for embryonic development of Centropristis Striata was 26-40 h in the sea water with temperature 18-26℃, salinity 28-31.0 and pH 7.8-8.2. The weight length of juvenile was 4.5cm in indoor concrete ponds by 2 months of intensive training,and the germination rate was 9.31%.

    Oxidative rancidity of fat in food is one of the main reasons for food spoilage. In this paper. Effect of the factors such as temperture and oxygen on the oxidative rancidity of fat in blue scad fillet was studied. It was revealed that AV and TBARS can be used as main indicators for oxidative rancidity of fat in blue scad fillet. By comparation of different kinds of antioxidants composition, the optimal one was TP and extract of rosemary with the proportion of 3:1.
