三种分析方法在海带性状评价中的综合应用

摘要: 应用数学工具综合评价海带综合性状,对于优良品种的培育以及品种生产性能的比较具有重要的意义。利用TOPSIS评价法、综合指数法和灰色关联分析以及三者相结合的综合评判方法,对荣福、杂交一号、爱伦湾、平板菜、福建种、三海、东方3号8个海带品种(系)的叶片长度、叶片宽度、中带宽、波褶厚、叶片厚度、鲜重6个主要经济性状进行研究。结果表明,8个海带品种(系)中,荣福、爱伦湾和三海海带综合性状最好,而福建种群和早厚成海带的综合性状较差;在不同评价方法中,TOPSIS评价法和综合指数法评价结果一致性最高,较灰色关联分析法更好。综合分析结果与海带品种(系)在区试中的表现相一致,表明这三种方法能全面、客观地评判海带品种(系)综合经济性状。

Abstract: Application of mathematical tool for comprehensive evaluation of Saccharina japonica traits is of great significance to Saccharina japonica breeding and variety production performance comparison. By method of TOPSIS evaluation method, comprehensive index method and the evaluation method of combining these three methods, we carry out main economic characters research of the leaf length, leaf width, bandwidth, wave plait thickness, leaf thickness, fresh weight for Rongfu, ZajiaoNo. 1, Ailunwan, Pingbancai, Fujian, Sanhai and Dongfang No. 3. The results showed that Rongfu, Ailunwan and Sanhai reveals the best comprehensive characters, while Fujian and Zaohoucheng the worst. Among different evaluation methods, TOPSIS evaluation method and comprehensive index method showed the highest consistency, which is better than grey relation analysis. The result of comprehensive analysis is in compatible with the result in regional test which shows that these three methods can evaluate the economic characters comprehensively and objectively.
