浓海水条件下凡纳滨对虾血清免疫生理指标比较

Comparative study on serum immune physiological indexs of Litopenaeus vannamei under concentrated seawater condition

摘要: 为探索利用海水淡化产生的浓海水开展水产养殖的可能性,本文研究了凡纳滨对虾对浓海水的应激免疫反应。实验用浓海水由盐度30的天然海水添加粗盐配制而成。实验组设盐度40和36两种,对照组为自然海水盐度30。分别检测凡纳滨对虾高盐度应激后0、2、6、12、24、48、96 h时的血清蛋白含量和酸性磷酸酶、超氧化物歧化酶、血清溶菌酶活性,测定血清凝血时间。结果表明,浓海水对凡纳滨对虾血清蛋白含量、酸性磷酸酶活性和血清凝血时间均有极显著影响(p<0.01),但对凡纳滨对虾血清溶菌酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05)。

Abstract: In order to explore the possibility of aquaculture using concentrated seawater form seawater desalination, the immune stress response of Litopenaeus Vannamei in concentrated seawater was studied in this paper. Concentrated seawater was prepared by adding table salt to natural seawater. The salinity 40 and 36 were as experimental group and compared with the natural salinity 30. Litopenaeus Vannamei were acclimated for 0, 2, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 96 hours at different salinities, and the serum protein concentration, the activity of acid phosphatase, superoxide dismutase, serum lysozyme and the time of serum blood coagulation were determined and analysed at different salinities. The result showed that the serum protein concentration and acid phosphatase activity of Litopenaeus Vannamei caused by concentrated seawater decreased significantly (p<0.01), the time of serum blood coagulation were significantly prolonged (p<0.01), but that on serum lysozyme and superoxide dismutase activity were not significant (p>0.05).
