东营河口贝类增养殖区水质监测及评价

Water quality monitoring and assessment of the shellfish culturing areas in Dongying River estuary, Shandong Province

摘要:

为研究山东东营河口贝类增养殖区的水质状况,本研究于2020—2021年对东营河口贝类增养殖区海水水质进行季节性监测,并采用内梅罗环境质量综合评价指数(P)、营养状态指数(E)和有机污染评价指数(A)进行水环境质量状况评价。结果表明,除秋季滩涂区个别监测点外,东营河口贝类增养殖区海水的理化指标和营养盐均达到海水水质二类标准,表明东营河口贝类增养殖区海域海水水质良好。但是,在秋季滩涂养殖区的局部区域有富营养化趋势,需关注秋季化学需氧量和无机氮的变化。本研究结果可为贝类滩涂增养殖区的水环境生态管理提供科学依据。

Abstract:

In order to study the water quality of the shellfish culturing areas in the Dongying River estuary, Shandong Province, seasonal monitoring of seawater quality was carried out from 2020 to 2021.The study used the Nemerow environmental composite quality index (P), the trophic state index (E) and the organic pollution assessment index (A) to evaluate the quality of the water environment.The results of the study showed that, with the exception of a few monitoring points in the autumn mudflat area, the physicochemical indicators and nutrient salts of the seawater in the Dongying estuary shellfish culturing area all met the seawater quality standard of Class Ⅱ, indicating that the seawater quality in the Dongying River estuary shellfish culturing areas was good.However, there was a trend towards eutrophication in local areas of the tidal flat breeding area in the autumn.Meanwhile, it should be paid attention to the variation of chemical oxygen demand (COD) and inorganic nitrogen (DIN) in autumn.The results of this study could provide a scientific basis for the ecological management of the water environment in the shellfish culturing areas.
