    Three-dimensional numerical modeling of the effects of artificial reef placement on hydrodynamics in the coastal waters of Dachangshan Island,Dalian City

    Based on the finite volume coastal ocean model(FVCOM)with an unstructured grid,a high-resolution hydrodynamic model was used to analyze the influence of the placement of artificial reefs on hydrodynamic characteristics in the coastal water of Dachangshan Island.Firstly,the measured tide levels and velocities were used to verify the accuracy of the current model,and the simulated results were in good agreement with field data,indicating that the model had high accuracy in hydrodynamic calculation.And then,9 stations were selected to analyze the tidal velocities at the rising and falling times before and after the artificial reef.The results showed that the maximum changes of velocity in reefs area was 0.230 m/s at fastest flood tide before and after artificial reefs launch,the maximum changes of velocity in other areas was small at fastest flood tide.The release of artificial reefs would change the local tidal current field in the release area.The flow pattern in coastal waters far away from the artificial reefs area was not obviously affected by the reef.

    24 stations were set up in Minjiang River Estuary in November 2018(dry season)and September 2019(rainy season).The contents and temporal-spatial distribution characteristics of 88 antibiotics in surface water of Minjiang River Estuary were analyzed by solid phase extraction and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS),and the ecological risk of antibiotic pollutants was also evaluated.Results showed that,1)17 antibiotics of 5 categories(sulfonamides,macrolides,quinolones,chloramphenicols,nitroimidazoles and others)were detected at 24 stations in Minjiang River Estuary,and the total amount varied from 26.31 to 155.39 ng/L.2)In term of spatial distribution,the total amount of antibiotics did not change much in the upper reaches of Minjiang River Estuary,North Port and South Port,but it showed an obvious downward trend in the lower reaches.Different kinds of antibiotics displayed relatively different temporal and spatial distribution characteristics.Both the detected types and content of antibiotics in dry season were significantly higher than those in rainy season.3)Based on the results of ecological risk assessment,sulfamethoxazole had high ecological risk,erythromycin and lincomycin had medium ecological risk in the dry season;erythromycin showed moderate ecological risk in rainy season.According to results of mixed risk entropy,most stations in Minjiang River Estuary area were around the ecological high-risk threshold,which needed further attention and strengthening management.

    Based on the marine monitoring buoy data of the red tide process of Karlodinium digitatum in Putian sea area in 2022 and the manual monitoring data,potential reasons of outbreak of red tide were discussed.Before the red tide,the water temperature and salinity in Putian sea area were lower than that in the same period of previous years.With the rapid rise of water temperature and salinity,K.digitatum rapidly proliferated and accumulated to form a red tide under the favorable conditions of weak light conditions,relatively stable hydrological conditions,abundant nutrients(especially ammonia nitrogen)brought by precipitation,and aggregation caused by meteorology and tide.It was suggested that this K.digitatum red tide in Putian sea area might have been triggered by a synchronous appearance of optimal climatic,nutritional and hydrographic conditions.The concentration of chlorophyll-a reached 63.90 μg/L,while DO and pH significantly increased during the red tide,with the maximum value reaching 10.83 mg/L and 8.34,respectively.During the extinction period of red tide,with the continuous decrease of water temperature,wide fluctuation of salinity,the breaking of relatively stable hydrological conditions and the low nitrogen phosphorus ratio in the sea area,the red tide of K.digitatum rapidly disappeared.The K.digitatum red tide originated from Gangnan sea area,and spread to other sea areas with tide and current.Huge mortality of fish has been caused by K.digitatum in Putian sea area,when the cell density was higher than 105 cell/L.

    In the present study,the data of Megalobrama terminalis from Qiantang River were analyzed by the FiSAT Ⅱsoftware,and the growth and mortality parameters as well as the exploitation status of M.terminalis were obtained based on analysis of yield per recruitment(YPR)models.The results showed that the relationship between body length and body mass was expressed as W=0.014 2×L3.130 3(R2=0.979 3,P<0.001),the Von Bertalanffy growth equation was selected as an optimal growth criteria and was expressed as Lt =57.6×[1-e-0.18×( t +1.31)],and the growth inflexion point was 5.03 a.The total mortality rate(Z),natural mortality(M),fishing mortality rate(F)and the current exploitation(E)of M.terminalis were 1.04,0.43,0.61 and 0.59 by ELEFAN Ⅰ method,respectively.Moreover,the Beverton-Holt dynamic model was developed to predict the opening catch size of M.terminalis as 23.98 cm.The results of this study showed that the resources of M.terminalis in Qiantang River were utilized greatly and faced certain fishing pressure.

    Based on the data of fisheries resource survey by trawling from Minjiang Estuary and adjacent waters in Fujian in March,May,July,August in 2021,species composition,quantitative distribution,dominant species and community biodiversity characteristic of the fish were analyzed.Results showed that there were 104 kinds of fish in the investigated sea area,belonging 13 orders,46 families and 71 genera;among which the most species were Perciformes(50 kinds),followed by Clupeiformes(16 kinds).The temperature adaptability of fish was mainly warm water species,accounting for 70.19%,and the distributed water layer was mainly at the bottom species and the near-bottom species,accounting for 69.23% in total.There were 14 kinds of dominant species such as Coilia mystus,Parargyrops edita,Konosirus punctatus,and so on,most of them only occurring in 1 or 2 surveys,with significant seasonal differences.The fish stock density in weight and quantity were 667.10 kg·km-2 and 71.91×103 ind·km-2,respectively,which were higher in summer than spring.The Shannon-Wiener biodiversity index of fish in Minjiang Estuary was at a good level(2.622).

    To construct the artificial breeding method of Tapes conspersus,effects of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and ammonia seawater on the maturation of oocytes were studied by soaking the dissected oocytes in vitro.Results showed that both immersion with ammonia seawater and 5-hydroxytryptamine significantly increase the germinal vesicles breakdown in Tapes conspersus (P<0.05).However,the fertilization rate showed no significantly different between oocytes soaked in 5-hydroxytryptamine and ammonia seawater.The fertilization rate of oocytes treated with 10 μmol/L 5-HT for 60 min was 48.57%.The fertilization rate of oocytes treated with 0.020% ammonia seawater for 45 min was slightly higher(about 50.75%),whereas there were many malformations.

    To provide technical support for artificial breeding of Pseudogobio vaillanti,the article explored the effect of starvation stress on the initial feeding and growth,and determined the point of no return(PNR)of early larvae.The changes of absorption of yolk sac,morphology,behavior,growth,survival and initial feeding rate of starved larvae were observed by methods of experimental ecology,and the PNR and optimized initial feeding time were determined.The results showed that under the water temperature of(25.5±1.2)℃,the larvae was started feeding at 4-day-old and the yolk sac was completely absorbed at 5-day-old.A period of mixed nutrition was only maintained 1 day.The initial feeding rate reached 100% at 5-6 days of age.The PNR of starved larvae occurred during 8-9 days of age with the interval between the first feeding to PNR was 4-5 days as the same time of 50% cumulative mortality rate for larvae of P.vaillanti.The total length had negative growth at 9 days of age.At 6 days of age,the body weight of starved group had negative growth and relative fatness decreased continuously,and it was significantly lower than that of control group,which could be used as judgment basis for the starved larvae of P.vaillanti.The results showed that the larvae of P.vaillanti had short mixed nutrition period and weak starvation tolerance.At water temperature(25.5±1.2)°C,the artificially bred larvae of P.vaillanti could be fed at 4-day-old.The best feeding time as 5-day-old,but the latest feeding time should not exceed 7-day-old.

    In order to explore the best method of heterologous migration of Leuciscus merzbacheri,and actively carry out the protection of germplasm resources,cage net,river net and purse seine were used to collect fish and put them into three kinds of temporary ponds:micro-soil pond,cement pond and net cage in the present study.The seeds were transported to the Aquatic Wildlife Rescue Center of Xinjiang for a long distance using canvas water tanks,iron water tanks and fish fry bags,and were treated with sodium chloride,povidone iodine and potassium permanganate for domestication.The results showed that the survival rate of purse seine fishing was the highest(97.47%),that of cage culture was the best(92.86%),that of transportation of fish fry bag with oxygen and cooling was the highest(97.17%).Using 15-20 mg/L potassium permanganate solution and medicated bath for 20-30 minutes,the effect of sterilization and wound healing could be improved,and the number of survivors could be ensured.A total of 534 original species were collected in three years,195 were domesticated and preserved,and the final survival rate was 36.52%.The successful relocation laid a good foundation for the future large-scale propagation of seedlings.

    The culture environment of Eriocheir sinensis is threatened by petroleum hydrocarbon pollution,in order to investigate the accumulation and metabolism of petroleum hydrocarbons in E.sinensis,the threshold for producing odor of petroleum hydrocarbon was obtained.This study taking 50 g E.sinensis around as the study object,the bioconcentration metabolism rules and the threshold of peroleum hydrocarbons by E.sinensis was examined by using the semi static dynamic experiment.The results showed that the petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants reached balance between water environment and E.sinensis after 8 days of experiment,the low and medium concentration group of E.sinensis for petroleum hydrocarbon enrichment speed in early stage was slower than the midterm stage,then reached equilibrium quickly,the high concentration group reached equilibrium gradually after concentrated rapidly in early stage.Metabolism experiment showed the same rules that fasting at the early stage,gradually slowing down and reaching balance,petroleum hydrocarbons content didn’t return to the beginning of this enrichment experiment after two weeks metabolism experiment,this was related to the refractory.The odor threshold of petroleum hydrocarbons in E.sinensis was 12.09-15.07 mg/kg,when the concentration of petroleum hydrocarbons in water was 0.05 mg/L for the limit of the national,the petroleum hydrocarbons content in E.sinensis was less than 15 mg/kg for the limit of the national,also had no hydrocarbon odor,therefore,according to the experimental results in this paper,the safety level of petroleum hydrocarbons for aquaculture water was considered as 0.05 mg/L.

    In order to provide scientific basis for the nutritional evaluation of Opsariichthys bidens muscle in Min River,the contents of routine nutrition components,fatty acids and amino acids in muscle were determined and analyzed by biochemical method.The results showed that the contents of water,crude protein,crude fat and crude ash in O.bidens muscle from Min River were(75.20±0.14)%,(22.20±0.85)%,(3.15±0.02)% and(1.32±0.01)%,respectively.17 kinds of amino acids were detected in muscle,7 of which were human essential amino acid,accounting for 35.92% of total amino acids(TAA)and 35.46% of umami amino acids(UAA)in TAA.The amino acid score(AAS)of EAA was more than 1.0 except Met+Cys,the chemical score(CS)was more than 0.8 except Met+Cys,the first limiting amino acid was Met+Cys,and the essential amino acid index(EAAI)was 81.37.The content of trace elements in muscle from high to low was K>P>Ca>Na>Mg>Zn,of which the calcium-phosphorus ratio was 1.00∶4.49.To sum up,the O.bidens from Min River was a kind of high quality economic freshwater fish with good edible value and health care function.

    The 14th Five Year Plan for fishery development in Fujian Province is a guiding document for the development of fishery from 2021 to 2025 in Fujian Province,China.During the 13th Five Year Plan period,Fujian’s fishery development achieved good results.Based on the current situation of Fujian’s fishery development,this paper analyzed the development orientation of Fujian’s fishery during the 14th Five Year Plan period,which were focusing on the “big food concept” and ensuring the safe and effective supply of aquatic products,meeting the strategic needs of rural revitalization,serving the construction of a strong marine province,integrating into the construction of an ecological province and serving the overall situation of the reunification of the motherland.The key tasks were to build a “marine granary of Fujian”,promote innovative development of fishery,promote green development of fishery,coordinate the development and security,and expand the cooperation of fishery opening up.This paper also put forward suggestions on strengthening policy support,strengthening project driving,strengthening the construction of the park carrier,and innovating financial support,which would provide a reference for the development of fishery in Fujian during the 14th Five Year Plan.
