    Abstract: Under the premise of summarizing present development basis of provincial fishery, the paper analyzed the opportunities and challenges which modern fishery construction are facing, pointing out the aims and methods to develop Fujian modern fishery, and put forward some countermeasures: greatly develop newly efficient fishery to augment new advantages of fishery development; reform the traditional fishery by using modern technology, so as to improve the fishery scientific and technical content; establish development concept of wining success through quality and carry out the quality management in the production process; open in every aspect to the outside world, to promote fishery participation in international cooperation and competition on a broader scale, in greater depth and at a high level; intensive protect fishery resources to consolidate the foundation of containable development; implement the fishery policy of “supporting and benefiting fisherman”, to guarantee the rights and interests of fisherman in line with the laws.
    Study on The extracting process of gelatin from Balloonfish

    The best extracting process of gelatin from ballomfish skin was studied. To observe the effect of sodium hydroxide and vitriol and their action time to the extracting efficiency and quality.The results showed that the ballomfish skin was marinate with 8 times volume of 0.2%sodium hydroxide and 0.3%vitriol successively. Then the factors of the volume of water, the time and the temperature of extracting to the influence of the extracting rate were observed. The results showed that the best extracting technology was 4 times volume,the temperature was 60℃,and two hours one time.

    Abstract:To investigate into the water pollution caused by arsenic and heavy metal in meizhou Bay,4 batches of water samples and 1 batches of sediment from 20 sites are collected and the contents of As,Hg,Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd are measured with the application of atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer and atomic absorption spectrometry and Multi-functional Polarograph method. The results show that, Meizhou Bay waters and sediments of Arsenic and Heavy Metals in good condition. Analysis of arsenic and heavy metals in water and sediment distribution,seasonal variation and pollution in the meizhou bay.
    Improvenment of simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in marine organism by atomic fluorenscence apectrometry

    The method was presented for the simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in marine organism by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The influence of instrument parameters,digestive system, KBH4 concentration were optimized.The influence of NO2- was avoided.The developed method showed limits of detection of 0.02mg/Kg for arsenic , 0.002 mg/Kg for mercury and relative deviatiaons of 2.83% for arsenic ,2.05% for mercury.The method,its simplicity,sensitivity and reliability,has good suitability for the simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in marine organism.

    The petroleum hydrocarbon pollution level was evaluated in the south sea area of Zhoushan, according to the investigation result of water, surface sediment and marine animals in Aug.2008 ~Jun.2009, the results showed that in water, the average concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbon accorded with the first and second class of the water of National Standards. The relativity between Petroleum hydrocarbon and pH, salinity, temperature, DO, COD was very small. The concentration of petroleum hydrocarbon in winter was least, other seasons had no evident difference. The quality of surface sediment and marine animals were well.
    Comparison of Two sanded way of Aquaculture Babylonia in cement pond

    In order to create a economic and efficient sediments aquaculture Babylonia in cement pond, two methods of sanded sediments on bottom were tested to compare the results of farming Babylonia. The results showed that the growth of B. aerolata and B.formosae habei was not significant difference same way sanded,under the breeding water temperature and the stocking density similar cases in same season different years. When the methods of sanded sediments were left the bottom sanded, that the growth rate of body weight daily of B. aerolata and B.formosae habei, was higher than which affixed to the bottom sanded 85.0% and 68.6%, the growth rate daily of shell height was higher than it 56.1% and 45.4%. The methods of leaving the bottom sanded sediments was effective technological measures of Babylonia aquaculture to build economic, efficient sediments in cement pond.

    Fugu flavidus is good nutritional value and multi-purpose, which is wide-used in different fields. Its culture in mud ponds will add culture species and improve its profits in mud culture. The paper will provide a technical guide of its culture based on daily management, feeding and water quality management, disease preventing and cure. Fugu flavidus grows quickly in mud ponds with weight-growth rate of 0.658g/day , and the survival rate is 86.7%. There is two feeding peak with dawning and dusk, the time of feeding is about 1-2hours, and the amount of feed of dawning accounts for 1/3 of total daily amount. The Daily feeding rate is 2.0~3.0% in early-stage, and 1.5~2.0% in late-stage, which have to be modified in abnormal condition. The amount of water exchange is 20%~40%. According to the principle of “prevention is first combined with treatment”, the disease will be control, prevented and treated mainly with the management of water quality, feed and drugs using.
    Study on artificial propagation of Nothobranchius Guentheri

    The artificial propagation were done under the different temperature of 20℃, 23℃, 26 ℃, 29 ℃ and 32 ℃. The results show that under the conditions of 26 ℃, The daily fecundity of Nothobranchius Guentheri was the largest, and the fertilization rate was the highest , 26℃ is the best temperature to Nothobranchius Guentheri reproduction.;Ten mating pattern of broodstock were studied during the breeding , we found that when the mating pattern were 4♂ +1♀、2♂+1♀ and 1♂+ 1♀ ,the daily fecundity were higher, and the fertilization rate of which were higher too, 4♂+1♀ 、2♂+1♀ and 1♂+1♀ were the best mating pattern to Nothobranchius Guentheri production; we also observed the spawning period of three batches of broodstock for 20 weeds under 25~26℃, it showed that 15 to 17 weeks the daily fecundity of Nothobranchius Guentheri was the largest, the daily fecundity was 20 to 30eggs/tail.

    Abstract:9 batchs of catch samples(the total weight was 79.66kg),were collected from shrimp beam trawl from January to November(except forbidden fishing season) in 2010 in Minnan fishing ground.By species identification and catch sample analysis,the results showed that the total species of catches were 62 kinds,including 35 kinds of fishes,17 kinds of shrimps, 4 kinds of crabs,2 kinds of squillas and 4 kinds of cephalopod.Based on the weight proportion analyzing,shrimps accounted for 69.85 percentages,fishes17.09 percentages,crabs 0.11 percentages,squilla 11.00 percentages and cephalopod 1.94 percentages.

    Comparison on detection method of chlorophyll a

    This paper compared 3 kinds of membrane (glass fiber filtration film, cellulose acetate membrane, microporous membrane), different extraction time and different temperature on chlorophyll a content determination of centrifugal effect. The results showed that glass fiber membrane chlorophyll a determination was significantly higher than that of acetate fiber filter and microporous membrane; the optimal time for extracting chlorophyll a was in 14h-24h.The measured chlorophyll a content added with ice was higher than that without ice added.

    In this paper we presented the breeding results of Acipenserschrenckii Brandt in reservoir cage at the aquaculture technical extension station of Anxi from 2010 to 2011. We putted 32000 juvenile fish of Acipenserschrenckii Brandt which were 10cm in average total length into six different cages to culture in May 10th, 2010. The culture area was about 600m2 and the density of breeding was about 53 individuals/m2. The total production of Acipenserschrenckii Brandt was 24729kg after 383d breeding and the average production was 41.22 kg/m2. The total value of the product was 858326 yuan and the average value was 1430.54 yuan/m2. In our experiment the feed coefficient was 1.77, the pure profit of our project was 352802 yuan and the proportion of investment/production was 1:1.7.
