    Abstract:Detecting sulfonamindes by post-column HPLC,the effect of sulfonamides derivatized in post-column unite will deeply affect result. Optimizing the main factors which affect the derivatize reaction by orthogonal experiment. The optimal conditions are: mobile phase pH3.0, reaction temperature 60℃, acetonitrile content of mobile phase 18%, concentration of derivatization solution 0.25mg/mL。

    The artificial ciprofloxacin-bovine serum albumin (CPFX-BSA) was inactivated as antigen to immunizate Balb/c mice. with hybridoma technology, One strain hybridomas secreting McAb against CPFX-BSA named CPFX 5G4 was obtained ultimately. The results showed that the titer of CPFX 5G4 was 1.28×10-6; the molecules of the Heavy chain and Light chain of the McAb were approximately 50 KD and 25 KD according to SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and the antibodies subtypes was IgG3. A ic-ELISA calibration curve was drawn up according to established system. It was calculated that the IC50 value was 192.44 ng/mL and the detection limit was 16.29 ng/mL. The rate of cross reaction between McAb-CPFX and enrofloxacin was 62.45%. The McAb-CPFX laid a foundation for the study and assembly of the rapid test kit.

    Abstract:With the continuous development of the port transportation in Fujian Province, the number of ships which come and go out of ports is gradually increased, while the risk of occurrence of oil spilling has also gone up. Referring to oil slick’s pervasion theory and the hydrodynamic mathematic model, the paper simulates the areas of effects of oil spilling from ship which happened at sea in Futai docklands, Fuzhou Port, with the influence of tides and waves. At the same time it analyzes several basic conditions of oil slick's movement after oil spilling. In addition, researching the main features of regional pollution distribution of oil spilling, the paper provides a scientific evidence for the relevant departments which would control the scope of oil spilling and make an emergency response to marine pollution prevention.
    Comparison of ONPG single tube quantitative assay method and MPN method in the coliforms mensuration from seawater

    Abstract: Single tube quantitative assay method for coliforms mensuration based on ONPG colorimetry had been established by our lab. Comparison between ONPG single tube quantitative assay method and lactose multiple tube fermentation technique was conducted by introduction these two method in coliform assay for bacterial suspensions prepared by the laboratory and natural seawater samples. The results showed that: no significant difference was found between the results of ONPG single tube quantitative assay method and lactose multiple tube fermentation technique; ONPG single tube quantitative assay method showed better accurateness, precision, and reproducibility than lactose multiple tube fermentation technique; ONPG single tube quantitative assay method was suitable for the rapid evaluation of coliform from water samples.

    Protamine is a polycationic peptide found in the testis tissue of different fish species, being a alkaline protein and rich in arginine. Protaimine has been widely applied in medical and health field for it possesses several functions such as it could promote the proliferation and development of cells, enhance the functions of liver, inhibit the growth and reproduction of tumor. In addition, it has such a significant antimicrobial activity that it can be developed as a natural preservative. Therefore, the article elaborated the extraction and purification processes of protamine, based on analyzing the basic characteristics of protamine, and reviewed the applications of protaimine in food, medical fields and molecular level respectively.

    Abstract: It can produce a large number of by-products in the process of shrimp,including the head of the prawn and shrimp shell,they are rich in nutrients.In recent years,with the increasing of prawn yield,the output of by-product is also becoming more and more,however,mostly were used in low value or have been scrapped off. On one hand, from resources itself to see, it is a serious waste of resources,On the other hand, from the perspective of environmental protection, it makes a big pollution In order to provide a theoretical reference for the shrimp food processing enterprises about improving the utilization of shrimp and economic benefits,in this paper,we have made a brief overview about the utilization of these by-products in food,chemical,medicine and so on.At the same time,it also can extend the shrimp industy chain and promote the healthy development of the shrimp industry.
    Molecular Biological Identification of the Pathogen Associated with skin caker of Anguilla japonica

    Abstract: The strain named Ms37101NG which was proved to be a pathogen by artificial injection experiments was isolated from skin fester disease of Anguilla japonica by the Aquatic Aromotion Station Of Fuqing. The strain Ms37101NG belonged to Aeromonas spp. according to physiological and biochemical analysis. In order to further classify the pathogen, 16SrRNA genes partial sequences were determined by Molecular Biological identification in this study. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16SrRNA gene sequences indicated that strain Ms37101NG showed the highest level of similarity to A. veronii (AY987744), and its nucleotide identity was 96%. This indicated that the strain Ms37101NG was most close to A. veronii. Based on the results obtained, the strain Ms37101NG was identified as A. veronii.

    According to the data of classification survey on shellfish-culture areas of Lianjiang southeast sea area in April, June and August 2009, the concentrations of the harmful substances (such as Cu, Pb, Cd, Hg, As, petroleum, DDT, PCBs, coliforms, DSP and PSP) of shellfish (Haliotis nigra, Mytilus galloprovincialis, Saccostrea cucullata, Crassostrea gigas, Sinonovacula constricta and Ruditapesphilippin Adams) were analyzed. The results showed that the wet-weight concentration range of Cu, Pb, Cd, Hg, As, petroleum, DDT, PCBs and coliforms of four shellfishes were (0.87~84.1) mg?kg-1, (0.018~0.42) mg?kg-1, (0.011~1.0) mg?kg-1, (0.003~0.05) mg?kg-1, (0.082~0.89) mg?kg-1, (2.56~61.1) mg?kg-1, (0.11~523)×10-3 mg?kg-1, (0.023~337)×10-3 mg?kg-1, (15~230) MPN?100 g-1, (0.7~1300) CFU?g-1, separately. The average wet-weight concentrations were 12.7 mg?kg-1,0.17 mg?kg-1,0.16 mg?kg-1,0.007 mg?kg-1,0.30 mg?kg-1,17.5 mg?kg-1,77×10-3 mg?kg-1,23×10-3 mg?kg-1,37MPN.100g-1. The concentrations of DSP and PSP were not detected. Based on the limit standard for the toxic substance in the aquatic products on pollution-free food (NY/T 5073-2006) and the standard for pollution-free aquatic products safety on quality and safety agricultural products (GB 18406.4-2001), the quality and safety of six shellfishes was evaluated by single factor standard index method and Nemerrow environmental quality comprehensive evaluation index method. The result of assessment indicated that the quality grades of Haliotis nigra, Mytilus galloprovincialis, Saccostrea cucullata, Crassostrea gigas and Ruditapesphilippin Adams ranged from grade 2 to 4, averaging Grade 3, and the shellfish quality was at a relatively good level. Whereas quality grades of Sinonovacula constricta ranged from grade 2 to 6, averaging Grade of 6, and the shellfish quality was at a relatively bad level.

    Effect of feeding rate on growth of the black fry of Anguilla marmorata

    A group of experiments was conducted under the conditions of temperature 30℃, to determine the optimum feeding rate and the effects of different feeding rates on the growth performance of the black fry (Anguilla marmorat) with size of 3.67±0.3g. Five feeding rates from 1.0% to 3.0% (at 0.5% increments) of body weight per day were used in this test. An identical diet was given to the black fry for 40d. The main result showed that the relative weight gain (RWG), specific growth rate (SGR) , food conversion efficiency (FCE), net weight increase and survival rate (SR) of the black fry were significantly (p<0.05) affected by all feeding rates, and the optimum feeding rate for the black fry was 2.0%; At this feeding rate, the FCE was (47.39±1.17)%, the SGR was (1.08±0.03) %/d, the RWG was (52.49±1.04)%,SR was 100%。

    Diagnosis and Treatment of A Ciliate Endoparasitic in the Large Yellow Croaker(Pseudosciaena crocea)

    In this paper, it is first reported that a new disease caused by one kind of endoparasitic ciliate has existed among the cage-cultured large yellow croakers in Luoyuan Bay, Fuzhou, China. The temperature to the occurrence of the ciliate disease is 17 ℃ ~ 22 ℃, and its daily mortality has reached 1~2%. Microscopic examination showed that this kind of ciliate parasitized in the body surface mucus, fin, gill, liver, spleen, kidney, intestine, and brain tissue. Among which, the great marjority of the ciliate existed in the branchial vessels. The author has put up one dose of Chinese herbal formula, compounded of eleven kinds of traditional Chinese medicines, such as Stemona sessilifolia, Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis,Sophora flavescens,Fructus Cnidii,Poria cocos. After having given the treatment orally for 15 days, it has achieved a remarkable result. This case has strongly indicated that the Chinese herbal formula can be used for large yellow croaker in the prevention and treatment of endoparasitic ciliate disease.
    Estimation of Biological Parameter, Biomass, Sustaining Yield for Coilia mystus in the offshore of Zhoushan

    Abstract: Based on the monthly length-frequency data of Coilia mystus obtained during 2003 in the offshore of Zhoushan, by applying the FiSAT Ⅱ(Version 1.2.2) and the result showed that the growth parameters of Von Bertalanffy growth equation was L∞=196.88mm, K=1.01, t0=-0.285. Natural Mortality Coefficient(M)was 1.548 from Pauly equation according to growth parameters and average water temperature. Total Mortality Coefficient (Z) was 3.06 that got from length-converted catch curve with biology datum. Fishing Mortality Coefficient (F) was ,1.512 and exploitation rate (E) was 49.41%. The Population was 53.15×109ind and Steady-state Biomass was 2.37×104t by using Length-Structured Virtual Population Analysis. Yield-per-recruit analysis and the value of yield-per-recruit analysis applying Beverton-Holt and Thompson-Bell model indicated, if the f-factor can be fell by 30%, than, we can get the most value to achieve the sustainable use of Coilia mystus.
