Acute toxicity of drilling fluid and drilling cuttings discharged from offshore oil and gas development to juvenile Sebastes schlegeli

海洋油气开发钻井液和钻屑排放对许氏平鲉幼鱼急性毒性研究

Abstract:

In order to study the effects of drilling fluid and drilling cuttings discharge on the growth and survival of marine organisms,understand the effects of different concentrations of suspended solids on the survival of marine organisms,and optimize the discharge mode of offshore drilling pollutants,different concentrations of water-based drilling fluid and drilling cuttings were selected to carry out acute toxicity test on juvenile Sebastes schlegeli.The abnormal or death effects of juvenile S.schlegeli within 96 hours were observed and determined,and the concentrations of water-based drilling fluid and drilling cuttings that had significant effects on juvenile S.schlegeli were analyzed and calculated.The results showed that the high concentration of water-based drilling fluid and cuttings would have toxic effect on juvenile S.schlegeli.That is to say,when the concentration of water-based drilling fluid exceeded 78.91 mg/L,and the concentration of drilling cuttings exceeded 41.41 g/L,it would cause certain harm to juvenile S.schlegeli.

摘要:

为研究海洋油气开发钻井液和钻屑排放对海洋生物幼体生存的影响,进而优化海上钻井污染物的排放方式,本研究以黄渤海重要渔业经济物种许氏平鲉幼鱼为研究对象,选取不同浓度的水基钻井液和钻屑对许氏平鲉幼鱼进行急性毒性实验,通过观察测定许氏平鲉幼鱼在96 h内的异常或死亡效应,分析计算水基钻井液和钻屑对许氏平鲉幼鱼具有显著影响的浓度。结果表明:高浓度的钻井液和钻屑会对许氏平鲉幼鱼产生毒害作用,即水基钻井液浓度超过78.91 mg/L、钻屑浓度超过41.41 g/L时,均会对许氏平鲉幼鱼产生一定的危害。
