Application of DNA molecular marker technology in Pyropia haitanensis

摘要: 坛紫菜(Pyropia haitanensis Chang et Zheng)作为我国广泛养殖的重要经济藻类,其分子生物学研究越来越受到研究人员的关注。尤其随着现代生物技术的快速发展,分子标记技术作为一种快速检测手段,已经被广泛应用于坛紫菜研究中,为坛紫菜遗传育种提供高效和有参考价值的信息。本文介绍了主要的分子标记技术以及其在坛紫菜遗传学多样性、种质鉴定、指纹图谱构建、种群和亲缘关系方面的研究和应用,同时分析了分子标记技术在坛紫菜研究领域存在的问题,并对未来的发展进行展望。

Abstract: Pyropia haitanensis, an important economic cultured species in China, has attracted more and more attention from scholars. With the rise of molecular markers development, they have been widely used in the study of algae, providing efficient and valuable information for P. haitanensis. This paper introduced the main molecular marker technologies, including restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP), randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD), amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP), sequence characterized amplified regions (SCAR), sequence related amplified polymorphism (SRAP), simple sequence repeats (SSR), inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR), and their application in genetic diversity, germplasm identification, fingerprint mapping construction, population and genetic relationship of P. haitanensis. Furthermore, the existing problems of molecular marker in the research field of P. haitanensis were expounded. The limitations of molecular marker technology and particular properties of P. haitanensis and the prospects for future development were given.
