虹鳟天然溪流生态养殖初探

Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) culturing experiment with natural flow-through aquaculture system

摘要: 本实验统计了应用天然溪流生态养殖技术(NFTAS)养殖虹鳟的孵化率、成活率、生长以及水温、溶氧量、氨氮含量等的变化,探究天然溪流生态养殖技术对虹鳟养殖的影响。实验结果表明虹鳟的孵化率为89.2%,出苗率为92.1%;经12个月的饲养,其平均体重达1.36 kg/尾,平均产量达6 270 kg/667 m2,饲料系数1.07;天然溪流的水温、水体溶氧量、氨氮含量均处于正常水平(0.02~0.13 mg/L),无需增添加热、增氧等设备。实验结果可为虹鳟的溪流生态养殖提供技术参考。

Abstract: The present study determined the hatching rate, survival rate, and net weight of rainbow trout, as well as water temperature, dissolved oxygen level, and ammonia-nitrogen content in natural flow-through aquaculture system (NFTAS) based on a culture experiment. The results showed that the hatching rate of egg in NFTAS was 89.2%, the survival rate was 92.1%. The total fish harvest after 12-months-feeding was 13 262.72 kg, the mean body weight was 1.36 kg per fish, and the mean fish harvest per mu was 6 270 kg. The coefficient of feeds was 1.07. The water temperature, dissolved oxygen content and ammonia nitrogen content in NFTAS were maintained at normal levels which were close to the suitable growth temperature of the rainbow trout, indicating that the flow of natural stream was sufficient to keep the normal growth of the rainbow trout. Heaters, equipment for heating or oxygen were no necessary in NFTAS. This culture experiment provided the practical basis for NFTAS promoting.
