Abstract: The 14th Five Year Plan for fishery development in Fujian Province is a guiding document for the development of fishery from 2021 to 2025 in Fujian Province, China. During the 13th Five Year Plan period, Fujian's fishery development achieved good results. Based on the current situation of Fujian's fishery development, this paper analyzed the development orientation of Fujian's fishery during the 14th Five Year Plan period, which were focusing on the "big food concept" and ensuring the safe and effective supply of aquatic products, meeting the strategic needs of rural revitalization, serving the construction of a strong marine province, integrating into the construction of an ecological province and serving the overall situation of the reunification of the motherland. The key tasks were to build a “marine granary of Fujian", promote innovative development of fishery, promote green development of fishery, coordinate the development and security, and expand the cooperation of fishery opening up. This paper also put forward suggestions on strengthening policy support, strengthening project driving, strengthening the construction of the park carrier, and innovating financial support, which would provide a reference for the development of fishery in Fujian during the 14th Five Year Plan.
