During larval rearing of Litopenaeus vannamei, the formation of biofloc in culture pond water could be facilitated after adding sucrose as the main carbohydrate sources. The analysis of biofloc taxonomic composition of metagenomic community showed that the species abundance and dominant bacteria in biofloc were fundamentally the same within experimental and control group in the level of phylum, class and genera, but the proportion of bacteria composition was different. The proportion of Alphaproteobacteria detected in experimental and control groups, which have the ability of removing contaminants, was 16.2% and 14.4%, respectively. The proportion of Pseudoalteromonas and Vibrio, which were the common pathogenic bacteria, was 1.3% and1.4% together with 0% and 0.1% in experimental and control groups. The paper provided the basic data for the application of biofloc technology in the process of shrimp nursery and breeding.

Based on the measured data of tidal level and tidal flow in Luoyuan Bay from April to May in 2013, by comparison analysis of historical data and the numerical simulation results, tidal dynamic structure characteristics on large-scale high density aquaculture area and its response on aquaculture activities were studied in the paper. Tidal flow has two-layer structure from ebb-dominating near the surface to flood-dominating in the middle and bottom layers, and it flows in from the middle and bottom layers and flows out from the surface. The existence of high density aquaculture facilities and biology has hindered the gulf water flowing, resulting in horizontal flow speed having double boundary layer structure vertically, that is, the velocity in the surface and bottom layers is small while maximum value appears in the middle and lower part of the water, the average flow speed decreases overall, the nonlinear effect weakens, the degree of tidal wave deformation decreases.

The residues of dicofol (DCF) in the waters, sediments and aquatic organisms from Zhangjiang River Estuary were carried out by using GC-ECD. The residues levels, distribution patterns and possible sources of dicofol, as well as the risk to human health were also evaluated and discussed. The results showed that the concentrations of dicofol in surface layer waters ranged from ND (not detected) to 13.5ng?L-1, with a detection rate of 4.8%; concentrations of dicofol in surface sediments (dry weight) ranged from ND to 2.49 ng?g-1, with a detection rate of 28.6%; concentrations of dicofol in 11 species of aquatic organisms ranged from ND to 7.06 ng?g-1, with a detection rate of 38.1%. The distribution tendency of dicofol in surface waters and sediments from Zhangjiang Estuary were almost the same. The higher value of dicofol at D8 station both in the waters and sediments suggested that it might be related to the recent usage of dicofol to control mites by local farmers, and because of the usage of Dicofol caused new DDTs inputs at D8 station. Among 11 kinds of aquatic organisms, dicofol residues in hydrophyte were the lowest, while the residues in aquatic products ( fish, shrimp and shellfish) were relatively higher, but its residues level was still below the MRL (maximum residual limits) published by the European Community, USA and Japan. The risk of dicofol to human health was assessed according to ADI (acceptable daily intake) set by the national food safety standard. The MRL of dicofol based on ADI was much less than 1, which indicated that ERI (expose risk index) from the exposure to dicofol due to the consumption of aquatic products in Zhangjiang River Estuary waters was within acceptable ranges.

In April of 2012, 2013 and 2014, and in November of 2012 and 2013, we had respectively made surveys of the Epibenthos in Lianjiang Huangqi Bay. 10 phyla (198 species) of the Epibenthos were identified and the most of them were annulate(121 species). There were only eight species appeared in the five surveys. In the five surveys, the range of biomass of the epibenthos was 13.503~27.092g/m2, and the spring was 18.142g/m2, the autumn 23.079g/m2. The range of abundance of the epibenthos was 208.3~2014.7ind/m2, and the spring was1046.0ind/m2, the autumn 292.5ind/m2. In biomass dominance, Annelida and Echinodermata occurred in spring and autumn alternatively. In abundance dominance, Annelida obviously predominated in spring and autumn. The dominant species changed greatly in spring and autumn during 2012 to 2014. In the five surveys, we only obtained the economic species in 2013, and the species was not much. The first dominant species is Annelid polychaetes. In April and November of 2012, April and November of 2013, April of 2014,the average of diversity index (H ') were 3.909、3.250、3.780、3.441 and 4.156, respectively, which indicated that the ecological environment of epibenthos in the survey place was not polluted or disturbed.
