    Observation on the embryonic development of Pomoxis nigromaculatus and the effect of the water temperature on the embryonic development

    The embryonic development of Pomoxis nigromaculatus were observed continuously, and the effects of water temperature on the embryonic development were discussed. The experimental results showed that hatching time was 40.23 h at the water temperature (24±1)℃. The Values of Q10 of embryonic development of Pomoxis nigromaculatus was 2.05, and the suitable temperature range for fertilized eggs hatching was 22℃~24℃. There was a negative correlation between water temperature and hatching time. The regression equation between temperature and hatching rate: y=25.899x-0.5 407x2-216.92(R2=0.9 217); the regression equation between temperature and abnormality rate: y=0.5 496x2-22.857x +236.44 (R2=0.9 422); and the biological zero point of Pomoxis nigromaculatus was 10.22℃, the effective accumulated temperature was (545.14±22.60)~(554.42±22.74) ℃?h.
    A new type of Quasipaa spinosa disease pathogen analysis

    Three pathogenic bacteria were isolated from diseased Quasipaa spinosa, which were used to microbial regression experimental infection by oral, intramuscular injection, damaged skin immersion and no damaged skinimmersion. Results showed that in addition to the oral way, various other infection ways could cause disease and death of Quasipaa spinosa. Moreover, the bacteria had strong pathogenicity to Quasipaa spinosa. The isolated strain was identified as Aeromonas hydrophila by its morphological, biochemical properties and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. At the same time, the susceptibility of isolated strains to antibiotics was studied by zone of inhibition testing. Results showed: it was sensitive to chloramphenicol, pipemidic acid, cefoperazone, streptomycin, tetracycline, norfloxacin and gentamicin. However, it was not sensitive to penicillin, neomycin, clindamycin, cephalothin and erythromycin.
    Research on the Cryptocaryoniosis of marine fishes from the perspective of epidemiology in Ningde of Fujian

    Cryptocaryoniosis is the most serious disease of marine fishes. Cryptocaryoniosis was the most serious disease of marine fishes in Ningde, Fujian. Through continuous monitoring at various stations, extensive investigations and consulting relevant experiments’ data, we mastered the biological features of Cryptocaryon irritans and the prevalence features of Cryptocaryoniosis.The results showed that the occurrence and development of Cryptocaryoniosis were closely related to the environmental conditions, the antecedent factors of which were water stream, depth and cultivation density, and the annual disease trends presented a bimodal shape. The study also confirmed the division method of disease degree. When the water temperature reacheed 22.2℃ in spring, the Cryptocaryon irritans could be seen; when the water temperature reacheeds 23.2℃ to 28.0℃, the disease broke out; when the water temperature dropped to around 27.5℃ in autumn, the disease might also break out. A large number of deaths were due to secondary bacterial infection and hypoxia.
    Pharmacokinetics of florfenicol in the Chinese mitten-handed crab (Eriocheir sinensis) at two water temperature

    A pharmacokinetic study of florfenicol following a single intramuscular administration (20 mg?kg-1) was carried out in the Chinese mitten-handed crab at 17℃ and 28℃ water temperature. Hemolymph, muscle and liver samples were collected at different time after injection. The tissue level of flofenicol was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography method. The florfenicol level in hemolymph and muscle reached maximum momentarily, while that in liver increased firstly and reduced at last with administration time. The pharmacokinetics of florfenicol in the Chinese mitten-handed crab was conformed to a two-compartment model. At 17℃ and 28℃, the absorption half-life, elimination half-life and the area under the concentration-time curve from zero to infinity of florfenicol in liver were found to have a negative correlation with temperature ,whereas total body clearance revealed a positive correlation.
    Optimizing conditions of antioxidative peptides from oyster by compound enzymatic hydrolysis

    In this experiment, oyster as raw material was used to extract antioxidant peptides. First of all, alcalase protease, neutral protease, trypsin, papain, pepsin were chosen as endogenous enzymes, tested by degree of hydrolysis, results indicated that the optimal conditions of trypsin as endogenous enzyme were time 4h, 50℃, pH8.0, material water ratio 1:2, protein concentrations 3%(7500 U/g), degree of hydrolysis 49.50%. At the same time, optimum conditions of flavourzyme as exogenous enzyme were as follows: time 5h, 50℃, pH8.0, material water ratio 1:2, protein concentrations 3%(450 U/g), degree of hydrolysis 50.95%. Finally, the hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity of different enzymatic hydrolysis were studied, and the results showed that trypsin enzyme amout was 3%(7500 U/g) and flavourzyme’s enzyme amout was 3%(450 U/g), pH was 8.0, hydrolysis time was 5 h, material water ratio was 1:2, temperature was 50℃, under which the degree of hydrolytic was 53.94% and the EC50 was 0.56 mg/mL.
    The research on adaption of Babylonia lutosa juveniles in different food, salinity and pH value

    This paper used Babylonia lutosa juveniles as experimental materials and applied several food, salinity and pH value for the research on adaption of growth. Experimental data were analyzed with One-way ANOVA in SPSS11.0. The results showed that it would be beneficial for the growth of Babylonia lutosa juveniles under the conditions of feeding on Crassostrea gigas, salinity ranged from 26 to 31 and pH value ranged from pH6.5 to pH8.5.. The research indicated that the average feeding rate and growth rate of Babylonia lutosa were significant different under the best nurtured conditions (P<0.01). Our research could apply to the ecological and healthy aquaculture of Babylonia lutosa and be the theory of developments and innovations on aquaculture of Babylonia lutosa.
    Characteristic of phytoplankton community in Hua’an reaches of Jiulongjiang River

    A one-year survey studying on species composition and cell density of phytoplankton in Hua’an reaches of Jiulongjiang River was carried out in 2013.The result showed that there were 57 species of phytoplankton in the investigated waters, which belonged to 6 phyla of phytoplankton including Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta, Euglenophyta, Cryptophyta, Pyrrophyta and Cyanophyta. The species of Bacillariophyta had the relative advantage, accounting for the total average cell density of 69.61%. Chlorophyta took the second place, accounting for 12.89%.Following by were Euglenophyta and Cryptophyta, accounting for 7.22% and 6.51% respectively. Pyrrophyta and Cyanophyta were the least, accounting for 1.98% and 1.80% respectively. The main dominant species included Melosira granulata var. angustissima, Nitzschia sp., Synedra acus, Euglena sp.,Gyrosigma sp.,Cryptomonas spp.and Peridinium sp.,ect. The average cell density of phytoplankton at all investigation stations was 28232 cells/L,with a range of 3 700 ~12 500 cells/L,29 113 cells/L in Xipi reservoir,31 863 cells/L in Mianliang reservoir, 23 721 cells/L in Chengguan reservoir ,respectively. Average diversity index and evenness were 2.91 and 0.76 respectively.The annual change of the two indices was similar at each same station, and there was a certain correlation between the two indices. The annual change of cell density of phytoplankton was related to water temperature and flood season obviously, it was the lowest in January, May and July, and the highest in March. Peridinium sp. became the dominant species in some stations in March, and had the possibility of dinoflagellate bloom. According to the variation of cell density of phytoplankton and the need of controlling bloom in spring and winter, we thought autumn was suitable for the release and enhancement.
    Analysis on ecological cultivation mode of raising fish,turtle,loach and crayfish in paddy fields of Fujian mountain area

    In 2013, experiments on raising different aquatic animals including fish,turtle,loach and crayfish in paddy fields were carried on in Nanping city,mountain area of Fujian.Six test sites were established, the total area was 73.33 hm2.The result showed that, due to the ecological effect in paddy fields,the rice yield maintained steady, although six test sites didn’t use pesticide and fishery medicine at the meanwhile.The rice yield of the traditional singular planting mode was 495.7 kg/667m2 and the unit profit was¥439/667m2 ,while the average yield of rice and aquatic animals of the ecological cultivation modes were517.2 kg/667m2 and 60.6 kg/667m2 respectively, and the average profit was ¥2 183/667m2,increasing ¥1 744/667m2 compared with the traditional singular mode,5.0 times as much as the singular mode.Compared with the singular planting mode,the mode of rice-turtle symbiosis,rice-fish symbiosis, rice-crayfish rotation and rice-loach symbiosis were 34.7 times, 5.0 times,3.4 times and 1.7 times respectively as much as the former. Among the paddy-fish cultivation mode, the average profit of Wuyi site was 10.2 times as much as the singular planting mode.In conclusion, the paddy ecological cultivation mode was a good example for developing ecological efficient aquaculture and rice faming.

    As the breeding technology of moving sea cucumber from north to south breakthrough, Fujian sea cucumber development momentum was swift and violent, but the sea cucumber products in Fujian market mostly belonged to the traditional rough-wrought products, product form was single, technological content and added value were relatively low. No clear quality standards made the sea cucumber product value cannot be realized and hampered sustained and sound development of sea cucumber industry According to the present Fujian sea cucumber breeding, this paper processed and analyzed the current situation of the development of industry, including the lack of brand consciousness and sea cucumber products processing technology. Based on what had been said above, specific measures for promoting the development of Fujian sea cucumber industry were reviewed, including integrating sea cucumber industry, focusing on industry development orientation, increasing industrial added value and digging deep cultural connotation and extension.

    Aquaculture industry is an important part of Chinese fishery. Aquaculture in successive years suffered natural disasters in Fujian province in recent years, the effect of infrastructure severely damage, not only causeing huge economic losses, but also directly influencing the sustainable development of fishery economy. Based on the geographical and climate features of Fujian, in view of main aquaculture natural disasters, such as the typhoons, floods, cold wave, red tides and epidemic in Fujian province, this paper put forward some technology main points for the preventive measures against natural disasters and aquaculture production recovery after disaster, so as to provide reference for aquaculture practitioners, then to prevent aquaculture natural disasters, which would be beneficial to reduce economic loss.
