三种鲤表型性状与体质量的通径分析

Correlation and path analysis of morphological attributes and body mass in three varieties of Cyprinus carpio

摘要:

本研究随机测定了二龄荷包红鲤抗寒品系(Cyprinus carpio var.wananensis)、高寒鲤(Cyprinus carpio Songhe)、松浦镜鲤(Cyprinus carpio Songpu mirror)的体质量(Y)、全长(X1)、体长(X2)、体高(X3)、体宽(X4)、尾柄长(X5)、尾柄高(X6)、头长(X7)、吻长(X8)、眼径(X9)、眼间距(X10)等11项性状,并以10项表型性状为自变量、体质量为因变量,利用相关系数分析、通径分析以及多元回归分析分别获得表型性状与体质量的相关系数、通径系数以及决定系数,建立表型性状影响体质量的多元回归方程。相关系数分析结果表明,三种鲤的部分表型性状均与体质量的相关性达到显著水平(P<0.05)。通径分析确定了影响体质量的主要表型性状,荷包红鲤抗寒品系为体长、体高、体宽、头长、眼间距;高寒鲤为体长、体高、体宽、尾柄高;松浦镜鲤为体长、体高、体宽、尾柄高、眼间距;均达到显著水平(P<0.05),三种鲤的体长对体质量的决定系数均最高。利用逐步多元回归分析,以体质量为因变量,剔除与体质量不显著相关的性状,以剩余性状为自变量构建最优线性回归方程,荷包红鲤抗寒品系:Y=20.788X2+4.037X3+9.508X4+3.091X7-3.887X10-1 531.973;高寒鲤:Y=6.610X2+3.837X3+10.343X4+

14.076X6-2 207.838;松浦镜鲤:Y=13.87X2+6.979X3+8.254X4+3.877X6 +12.544 X10-2511.522。试验结果可为荷包红鲤抗寒品系、高寒鲤以及松浦镜鲤的选育提供重要理论支撑。

Abstract:

Eleven growth traits of 2-year-old Cyprinus carpio var.wananensis, Cyprinus carpio Songhe and Cyprinus carpio Songpu mirror were randomly measured, including the body mass (Y), total length (X1), body length (X2), body height (X3), body width (X4), tail handle length (X5), tail handle height (X6), head length (X7), length of proboscis (X8), diameter of eye (X9), and eye interval (X10). Correlation coefficient analysis, path analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to obtain the correlation coefficient, path coefficient and determination coefficient of morphological traits and body mass, respectively. The multiple regression equation of morphological traits affecting body mass was established, of which ten morphological traits were self-variables and body mass were dependent variables. The results of correlation coefficient analysis showed that some of the morphological traits of the three common carp populations were significantly correlated with body mass (P<0.05). Path analysis showed that the main morphological traits affecting body mass reached the significant level (P<0.05). Body length, body height, body width, head length, and eye interval were the main morphological characteristics of C. carpio var.wananensis that affect body mass. Body length, body height, body width, and tail handle height were the main morphological characteristics of C. carpio Songhe that affect body mass. Body length, body height, body width, tail handle height, and eye interval were the main morphological characteristics of C. carpio Songpu mirror that affect body mass. The determination coefficient of body length on body mass in three varieties of common carp was the highest. Using the stepwise regression method, insignificant traits were eliminated, body mass was used as the dependent variable, and the remaining significant traits were used as independent variables to establish the optimal linear regression equation. For C. carpio var.wananensis the equation was Y=20.788X2+4.037X3+9.508X4+ 3.091 X7-3.887X10-1 531.973; for C. carpio Songhe, Y=6.61X2+3.837X3+910.343X4+

This study could provide the important basis for the selection and hybridization of improved varieties and the selection of varieties of C. carpio var. wananensis, C. carpio Songhe and C. carpio Songpu mirror.
