6月龄斑头鱼形态性状与体质量的相关性和通径分析

Correlation and path coefficient analysis on body weight and

摘要: 为研究6月龄斑头鱼形态性状对体质量的影响,采用相关性分析、回归分析和通径分析的方法,对220尾斑头鱼的全长(X1)、体长(X2)、头长(X3)、躯干长(X4)、尾柄长(X5)、尾柄高(X6)、体高(X7) 和体宽(X8)8个形态性状和体质量(Y)进行测量和分析。结果表明,所测量的8个形态性状与体质量的相关性均达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。通径分析表明,体长、体宽、全长、头长和体高是影响体质量的主要形态性状。决定系数显示,体长的单独决定系数最大,为0.299;全长和体长的共同决定系数最大,为0.244;总的决定系数为0.923,表明对6月龄斑头鱼体质量有影响的主要形态性状全部纳入。研究建立了最优的回归方程为Y=-8.900+0.467X1+1.247X2+0.274X3+0.169X7+1.866X8。对6月龄斑头鱼选育的过程中,除考虑体质量外,还应考虑全长和体长。

Abstract: To study the effect of morphological traits on body weight in the early stage, and to provide reference for the selection and breeding of fine varieties, the total length (X1), body length (X2), head length (X3), trunk length (X4), caudal stalk length (X5), caudal stalk height (X6), body height (X7), body width (X8) and body weight (Y) were measured and analyzed by means of correlation analysis, regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed that the correlations between the 8 morphological traits and body weight reached a very significant level (P<0.01). Path analysis showed that body length, body width, full length, head length and body height were the main morphological traits that affected body weight. The determination coefficient showed that the single determination coefficient of body length was the largest, which was 0.299, while the joint determination coefficient of body length and full length was the largest, which was 0.244, and the total determination coefficient was 0.923. The results showed that all the main morphological characters which had influence on the body weight of 6-month-old spotted head fish were included. The optimal regression equation was established as Y=-8.900+0.467X1+1.247X2+0.274X3+0.169X7+1.866X8. In the breeding process of 6-month-old spotted head fish, body length and body length should be considered as well as body weight.
