Abstract: Through summarizing the overview of offshore wind farm development in Fujian Province, we analyze the impact of offshore wind farm construction on mariculture, marine fisheries and fishing operations, furthermore, the ecological compensation and restoration for fishery resources are proposed to mitigate the impact of offshore wind farm on fisheries production activities. Also, it can provides a theoretical basis for the offshore wind farm construction and helps provide reference points in management approval for marine management departments.
