Abstract: Through searching literatures about the effect of Chinese herbal medicine to tilapia Streptococcus agalactiae from CNKI、VIP、DUXIU、WANFANG databases, the paper used RenMan 5.3 to conduct Meta analysis. The effect of Rheum, Rhus chinensis and Coptis chinensis three kinds of Chinese herbal medicines on tilapia Streptococcus agalactiae were statistical evaluated. The study would provide scientific references for screening Chinese herbal and formulating Chinese medicine compound to prevent and control tilapia Streptococcus agalactiae. Bring into two literatures for Meta analysis, the effect of three kinds of Chinese herbal was: Coptis chinensis> Rheum, Coptis chinensis>Rhus chinensi, Rhus chinensis> Rheum. Both differences were statistically significant，result was solid. The effect of three Chinese herbal for tilapia Streptococcus agalactiae was Coptis chinensis>Rhus chinensi> Rheum. The results need further validation in the process of cultivation.
