Advances in the ultrastructure of sperm in Gastropoda

摘要: 精子超微结构在贝类分类和系统发生上被广泛认可,其超微结构具有属种特异性,是系统分类、亲缘关系和生殖进化的重要依据。腹足类是重要的海洋生物,在海洋生态系统中占有重要的地位,不同属种的成熟精子超微结构存在显著差异。本文就国内外研究进行概括,以期为我国腹足类人工育苗研究提供基础资料。

Abstract: The sperm ultrastructure is widely recognized in the classification and phylogenesis of shellfish. The ultrastructure of spermatozoa can be used as a phylogenetic-taxonomic indicator. Furthermore, the comparative feature has been used as a clue for analyzing the relationship between different species and reproductive evolution. Gastropoda are important marine organisms and play an important role in marine ecosystems. However, Gastropoda spermatozoa exhibit different characters among species groups.In this paper, the basic data of artificial gastropods culture was reviewed.
