石莼多糖部分降解工艺优化

Optimization of partial degrade technology of Ulva polysaccharide

摘要: 采用硫酸降解法对石莼多糖进行部分降解,以50%为目标降解率,探讨了关键因素对石莼多糖降解率的影响,并采用三因素三水平响应面法对其部分降解工艺进行优化。试验结果表明:石莼多糖部分降解的最优工艺条件组合为硫酸溶液浓度0.30 mol/L、降解温度95℃、多糖浓度7 mg/mL、降解时间1.0 h,在此条件下石莼多糖降解率为50.94%。

Abstract: The partial degrade of Ulva polysaccharidewere carried out by sulfuric acid degradation,the target degradation rate was(50±3)%,the key effects on partial degrade of Ulva polysaccharide were discussed.Their partial degrade master technological conditions were optimized by the response surface method.The results showed the optimized partial degrade technological conditions of Ulva polysaccharide were as follows:the concentration of sulfuric acid solution was 0.30 mol/L,degradation temperature was 95℃,polysaccharide concentration of 0.70%,degradation time was 1.0 h.Under the optimal conditions,the dagradation rate of the Ulva polysaccharide was 50.94%.
