Abstract: Adopt the fishes information means which are obtained from the investigation which carried out in may 2014(spring time )and October 2014(autumn )to the bottom trawl of fishing resource in the Mount putuo,zhoushan fishing ground waters.The rate of harvest can be used as a quantity index to the distribution of fish resources,and carry out a research in the Mount Putuo waters; including,the constitution of fishes species,the space distribution of quantities.The total catching ,which gained in the spring and autumn Mount Putuo waters,we can authenticate 51 different species,belonging to 11orders, 24 families ,43generas.among the catch, there are 39 species fish in spring, belonging to 11 orders,16families.30genus.And there are 34 species fish .October,belonging to 8orders,16families,30genus. There are 22 species belonging to mutual species to fish in May and October .The domain species include Collichthys lucidus, Miichthys niiuy, Amblychaeturichthys hexanema Bleeker , Harpodon nehereus ,and the Collichthys lucidus, Miichthys niiuy, Amblychaeturichthys hexanema Bleeker are the spring dominant species , Harpodon nehereus belonging to autumn dominant species .The analysis according to ecological habits of fish indicates that the main fishes are eurythermic euryhaline species fishes in this survey waters.The fishing catch ,weight and the average rate of fishing in the different seasons are spring more than autumn (the weight of fishing catch is twice as munch as autumn ) .
