Abstract: The surveys of species composition and distribution of fish eggs, larvae and juveniles were carried out in south of Xiamen in spring 2013. The results showed that there were 21 species, 13 families of fish eggs, larvae and juveniles had been indentified, including 14 species of fish eggs and 9 species of fish larvae and juveniles. Fish eggs, larvae and juveniles in south of Xiamen in spring were mainly consists of Nibea albifora, Sardinella zunasi and Gobiidae sp.. For fish eggs, larvae and juveniles in south of Xiamen in spring, the mean densities were 107.7 ind/net and 1.0 ind/net by horizontal trawling, and 0.69 ind/m3 and 0.47 ind/m3 by vertical trawling. Intensive areas of fish eggs were 11 and 9 stations, while fish larvae and juveniles mainly distributed in 4 and 12 stations．
