摘要/Abstract

摘要： 休闲渔业的发展不但有利于解决农村剩余劳动力问题，也对推动滨海地区海洋经济发展、促进海洋文化的传承具有重要意义。本文概述台湾休闲渔业的产业发展历程与类型，探讨台湾休闲渔业发展过程中的三种发展模式，即政府主导型发展模式、社区与渔会组织推动模式以及资源要素综合开发模式，分析台湾的休闲渔业在“供给导向型”的发展中如何善用政府资源、地方行业组织以及当地资源禀赋等进行有政策保障、有规划、有组织、有资源的整合开发。对我国大陆地区休闲渔业的发展与滨海农村经济转型的探索具有启示借鉴意义。

Abstract: The development of leisure fishery not only helps solving the problem of rural labor force surplus, but also promotes the marine cultural heritage and the development of marine economy in the coastal areas.This article provides an overview of the course of development and type of recreational fisheries industry in Taiwan, and explore the model of development of Taiwan Leisure Fishery in the development process of the government-led community and fishermen's association to promote the combination of the comprehensive development of local resources features.
