基于饲料集中供应分配系统的多池塘投饲系统设计

Design of multi pond feeding system based on feed centralized supply and distribution system

摘要: 针对国内中小养殖户在对多个养殖池塘进行投料时,缺乏饲料集中供应系统的现状,本研究设计了一套适用于中小养殖户对多个池塘进行投料的饲料集中供应系统,该系统由饲料供料系统、饲料风机输送系统、集中供料饲料分配系统、饲料抛料系统及自动化综合控制系统等组成。系统采用PWM方法控制电机转速而改变饲料供料量、采用旋转分配器实现不同池塘饲料供料及采用变频器控制饲料抛料范围等技术,可以满足养殖户对多池塘投料的需求,帮助中小养殖户提高养殖效率和降低成本,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract: In view of the current situation that domestic small and medium-sized farmers lack a centralized feed supply system when feeding multiple breeding ponds, a centralized feed supply system was designed. The system consisted of a feed supply system, a feed fan conveying system, a feed centralized supply and distribution system, a feed throwing system, and an automatic integrated control system. By using PWM technology to control motor speed to change feed supply, using rotary distributor to realize feed supply in different ponds, using frequency converter to control feed throwing range and other technologies, the system could meet the needs of farmers for feeding in multiple ponds, and help small and medium-sized farmers to improve breeding efficiency and reduce costs, which had certain application value.
