解淀粉芽孢杆菌、生物解毒酶和生物活性剂T及其组合配伍对呕吐毒素解毒效率的研究

Research on detoxification efficiency of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, biological detoxification enzyme and biologically active agent T

摘要: 呕吐毒素是一种天然霉菌产物,是饲料及其原料的主要污染物,也是近年来水产饲料中出现频率最高的一种霉菌毒素。本研究用一定量的解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) 、生物解毒酶和生物活性剂T 进行组合配伍,在28℃的条件下,体外孵育培养16 h,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA )检测不同组合配伍对呕吐毒素的解毒效率。结果表明,解淀粉芽孢杆菌、生物解毒酶和生物活性剂T对呕吐毒素均有一定的解毒效率。其中,解淀粉芽孢杆菌和生物解毒酶组合配伍对呕吐毒素的解毒效率较好,且其浓度为106 CFU/mL时解毒效率最高。

Abstract: Vomitoxin is a natural mold product, a major pollutant in feed and its raw materials, and a mycotoxin that has appeared most frequently in aquatic feed in recent years. In this study, a certain amount of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens (106 , 107 , 108 CFU/mL) , biological detoxifying enzymes, and biologically active agent T were used for combination compatibility. Under the condition of 28℃, the detoxifying efficiency of different combinations of compatibility on vomiting toxin was tested by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) after in vitro culture for 16 h. The results showed that Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, biological detoxification enzyme and biologically active agent T all had a certain detoxification efficiency against the vomiting toxin. Among them, the detoxification efficiency of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and biological detoxification enzymes combination was better,and the detoxification efficiency was the highest in 106 CFU/mL Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.
