对虾育苗水体副溶血弧菌耐药性分析

Antimicrobial resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from the pond water of shrimp larvae from 2010 to 2012

摘要: 为了解广东、广西沿海2010—2012年对虾育苗水体中副溶血性弧菌的耐药性变化,为育苗期对虾病害预防提供依据。研究依据GB/T4789.7-2008对各地育苗水体样品进行菌株分离、鉴定,并用纸片法进行耐药性检测。结果显示,72株在TCBS培养基上显示绿色的弧菌中检出副溶血性弧菌30株,检出率为41.7%,分离菌株对青霉素、氨苄西林、苯唑青霉素、米诺环素、阿莫西林、四环素、阿洛西林显示高度耐药,对四环素的耐药率达97%。对虾育苗水体在TCBS培养基上显示绿色的弧菌主要以副溶血性弧菌为主,所有菌株耐药性比较强,应加强育苗期抗生素使用的管理。

Abstract: To investigate the changes of the antimicrobial susceptibility of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from the pond water of shrimp larvae inGuangdong coastal from 2010 to 2012 to offer the date for the diseaseprevention of shrimp larvaeduring the breeding period. Methods: According to GB/T4789.7-200 Vibrio parahaemolyticusstrains isolated from different regions were isolated and identified.Microbial sensitivity tests were performed with the Kirby-Bauer method. Results: Among the 72 Green Vibrio strains isolated from the pond water,30strains (41.7%) were Vibrio parahaemolyticus.The susceptibilities of the 30 strains to 60 kinds of antibiotics were tested,to penicillin, ampicillin, benzene, minocycline, amoxicillin azole penicillin, tetracycline, azlocillin showed highly resistant, prevalence of tetracycline resistance as high as 97%.Conclusion:green vibrio from the pond water of shrimp larvae mainly wereVibrio parahaemolyticus, all strains resistance is strong, should enhance the regulationsof using antibiotics during the breeding period.
