摘要: 本文介绍了福建省渔船动态监控管理系统设计思路和实现过程,主要包括信息管理(渔船管理)、值班管理、应急管理(突发应急、台风防御)、分析服务、一张图等功能,并分析了其应用效果。本系统可为福建省海洋与渔业管理部门提供数字化、智能化的科学辅助决策支持,也可为全国的推广应用提供建设思路。

Abstract: This paper presents the design idea and implementation process of Fujian fishing vessel dynamic monitoring and management system, which mainly includes information management, duty management, emergency management (such as: sudden emergency and typhoon defense), analysis service, “One Chart” and other functions, and analyzes its application effect. The system can provide digital and intelligent scientific decision-making support for the marine and fishery management departments of Fujian Province and can also provide construction ideas for the promotion and application in china.
