藤茶粉和二氢杨梅素对2种水产致病菌体外抑菌研究

Study on in vitro bacteriostasis of ampelopsis powder and dihydromyricetin on two aquatic pathogenic bacteria

摘要: 试验研究藤茶成分对鱼类常见致病菌的体外抑制效果。选取藤茶粉和二氢杨梅素对维氏气单胞菌和嗜水气单胞菌进行体外抑菌试验,采用琼脂平板打孔法、试管二倍稀释法和平板培养法,测定抑制圈直径、最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果显示,藤茶粉对维氏气单胞菌和嗜水气单胞菌的MIC和MBC均为6.25 mg/mL;二氢杨梅素对维氏气单胞菌和嗜水气单胞菌的MIC和MBC均为1.25 mg/mL。结果表明,藤茶粉和二氢杨梅素对维氏气单胞菌和嗜水气单胞菌均有较好的抑制效果,为藤茶成分作为饲料添加剂治疗水产细菌病提供了参考。

Abstract: The inhibitory effect of Ampelopsis grossedentata components on common pathogenic bacteria in fish was studied in vitro. Ampelopsis powder and dihydromyricetin were selected for in vitro antibacterial test on Aeromonas veronii and Aeromonas hydrophila. The diameter of inhibition zone, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were determined by agar plate perforation method, tube double dilution method and plate culture method. The results showed that the MIC and MBC of ampelopsis powder against A. veronii and A. hydrophila were 6.25 mg/mL. The MIC and MBC of dihydromyricetin against A. veronii and A. hydrophila were 1.25 mg/mL. The results showed that ampelopsis powder and dihydromyricetin had good inhibitory effects on A. veronii and A. hydrophila, which laid a foundation for the treatment of fish bacterial diseases with A. grossedentata as feed additive.
