闽江口潮间带大型底栖动物群落基本特征分析

Analysis on basic characteristics of macrobenthos community in the intertidal zone of Min River estuary,Fujian Province

摘要: 2013年至2019年在闽江口进行了11个航次共38个断面的潮间带大型底栖动物调查研究,共发现潮间带生物195种,隶属10个门类,主要以甲壳类、软体动物和多毛类为主。敖江入海口潮间带生物的物种多样性、生物量和丰度均显著高于闽江入海口,且敖江入海口潮间带生物的多样性指数(H′)、均匀度指数(J′)和丰富度指数(D)也均显著高于闽江入海口。闽江口潮间带生物的物种数、丰度和生物量在中、低潮区均显著高于高潮区。闽江入海口潮间带的优势种以小型蟹类为主,敖江入海口潮间带的优势种包括多毛类、软体动物和蟹类,其中经济种类菲律宾蛤仔(Ruditapes philippinarum)和焦河蓝蛤(Potamocorbula ustulata)为敖江入海口的主要优势种。敖江入海口的潮间带生物需要更多的关注和研究。

Abstract: From 2013 to 2019, 38 sections in 11 field surveys were conducted for intertidal macrobenthos study in Min River estuary, Fujian Province. A total 195 macrobenthos were found from 10 taxonomic clades, mainly from crustacean, mollusca and polychaeta. The species composition, biomass and abandunce of macrobenthos in the intertidal zone of Aojiang estuary were significantly higher than that in Minjiang estuary. And the H’, J’ and D indexes of macrobenthos in the intertidal zone of Aojiang estuary were significantly higher than that in Minjiang estuary. The species diversity, abandunce and biomass of macrobenthos in the intertidal zone of Min River estuary were significantly higher in the middle and low tide zones than in the high tide zones. The dominant species in the intertidal zone of Minjiang estuary were mainly small-sized crabs. The dominant species in the intertidal zone of Aojiang estuary were mainly from crustacean, mollusca and polychaeta with two commercial species Ruditapes philippinarum and Potamocorbula ustulata. The intertidal organisms in the estuary of Aojiang need more attention and research.
