子牙河杨柳青西合闸段春季浮游植物调查及水化分析研究

Surveys and water quality analysis on phytoplankton in spring in the Ziya River of Tianjin

摘要: 2015年5月22 日至6月19日对子牙河杨柳青西合闸段2个采样点进行了4次采样,对采样点的浮游植物组成、密度、生物量进行调查,对其生物多样性进行评价,并与测定的水化理化参数相结合,分析了各采样点不同时间内的水质状况。结果表明:在子牙河杨柳青西合闸段两个采样点共鉴定出浮游植物8门47种;浮游植物的密度范围在(25.018~322.495)×106 cell/L之间,生物量在10.36~4 546.95 mg/L之间;研究区域的水质营养等级情况为超富营养型。

Abstract: This paper investigated the composition, density biomass and biological diversity index of phytoplankton in the Ziya River of Tianjin from May 22 to June 19 in 2015, combining with analysis on water physical and chemical indexes in the two sampling sites. The results showed that a total of 47 species which belong to 8 phyla were identified in that river. During the study period, the plankton density varied from 25.018×106 cell/L to 322.495×106 cell/L, biomass varied from 10.36 m/L to 4 546.95 m/L.The water trophic level was extremely eutrophic.
