Abstract: This article first introduced the necessity and feasibility of aquaculture policy mutual insurance. And then, the best risk control measures proposed was to improve aquaculture policy mutual insurance. By analyzing the reasons of aquaculture policy mutual insurance development lag and describing current aquaculture policy mutual insurance pilot situation, some measures and proposals were raised to promote aquaculture policy mutual insurance development in Fujian Province.
