Situation and countermeasure of sea cucumber culturing industry in Fujian Province

In recent years, sea cucumber culture industry has rapidly developed and become one of the most important marine aquaculture industries in Fujian. The current developing situation of the sea cucumber culture in Fujian was reviewed in this article, which included the overview of the industry, the culturing areas and developing mode, and the industrial benefits, etc. The main problems affecting the development of the sea cucumber culture industry were discussed and the development strategies were presented.
