Studies on angelfish large-scale breeding technology

This paper presented the technical research results of large-scale breeding of angelfish in Xiamen from 2005 to 2006, and described the process of scale breeding. The experiment introduced a total of 1 000 angelfish parent fish with the production amount of 38 400 fertilized egg, 34 600 hatched larvae, and about 23 300 young fish with the total length of more than 1.5 cm. The fertilization rate was 89.9%, the hatching rate was 91.9%, and the juvenile survival rate was 74.7%.
