Abstract:
In order to reduce the pollution caused by seawater cage farming, the in-situ remediation effects of
Sesuvium portulacastrum ecological floating beds in Dongshan Bay were studied. After one year of growth, the average stem length of
S.portulacastrum in Bachimen remediation demonstration area was 1.28 m,the average root length was 0.52 m,and the biomass was 152.5×10
3 g/m
2.Besides,the C,N,P fixed in
S.portulacastrum was 5 214.0 g/m
2,378.5 g/m
2 and 22.9 g/m
2,respectively.After two years of in-situ remediation, the DO value in remediation area was higher than those in the control area, with the rate of 11.9%.The removal rate of Oil,SS and COD by
S.portulacastrum ecological floating beds was 42.3%,14.9% and 10.0%,respectively.And the removal rate of TN was 11.7%.The removal rate of NH
4-N,NO
3-N,and PO
4-P was 19.9%,16.4% and 9.2%,respectively.Due to the complexity of seawater fluidity and influencing factors, the removal effects of floating bed on TOC,NO
2-N and TP was not ideal. In conclusion,
S.portulacastrum ecological floating beds could effectively reduce the content of N and P in aquaculture water, and had certain purification ability in the remediation area.
