石莼多糖部分降解工艺优化

    Optimization of partial degradation technology of Ulva polysaccharide

    • 摘要: 采用硫酸降解法对石莼多糖进行部分降解,以50%为目标降解率,探讨了关键因素对石莼多糖降解率的影响,并采用三因素三水平响应面法对其部分降解工艺进行优化。试验结果表明:石莼多糖部分降解的最优工艺条件组合为硫酸溶液浓度0.30mol/L、降解温度95℃、多糖浓度7mg/mL、降解时间1.0h,在此条件下石莼多糖降解率为50.94%。

       

      Abstract: The partial degradation of Ulva polysaccharide were carried out by sulfuric acid degradation.Taking 50% as the target degradation rate,the key effects on partial degradation of Ulva polysaccharide were discussed.Their partial degradation master technological conditions were optimized by the response surface method.The results showed the optimized partial degradation technological conditions of Ulva polysaccharide were as follows:the concentration of sulfuric acid solution was 0.30 mol/L,degradation temperature was 95℃,polysaccharide concentration was 0.70%,degradation time was 1.0 h.Under the optimal conditions,the degradation rate of the Ulva polysaccharide was 50.94%.
