Abstract: ACE inhibitory peptides play an important role in blood pressure regulation,while marine shellfish are rich in proteins and have the potential to develop ACE inhibitory peptides.The paper reviewed the antihypertensive principle,preparation,separation and purification,activity determination methods and structure-activity relationship of ACE inhibitory peptides derived from marine shellfish protein in order to provide reference for the development and utilization of marine shellfish protein.
