Abstract: This paper summarized the successful experience that the author was engaged in culturing the first generation of seedlings of SPF Litopenaeus vannamei in the recent years in earth ponds.It introduced healthy culture techniques such as seed selection,water treatment before breeding,water quality regulation,disease control,application of ecological preparations and fish and shrimp mixed culture technology in the seeds breeding process of the first generation of SPF shrimps.It provided a successful experience for reference in the first generation seeds of SPF culturing in earth ponds.
