Abstract:
Using loach as a raw material,adopting ultrasonic assisted extraction technique of polysaccharide loach,and using sulfuric acid-phenol assay of polysaccharide,the orthogonal experimental were designed through single factor to explore the effect of solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power on loach polysaccharide extraction rate.Through process optimization,the optimal technique by ultrasonic extraction of loach polysaccharide was obtained that material liquid ratio 1:20,ultrasonic time 20 min,ultrasonic power 100 W.The extraction rate of loach polysaccharide was the highest under the optimum conditions,reaching 2.79%.
