Abstract: Based on the data of aquaculture disease forecasting from 2002 to 2011, this paper summarized the main aquaculture disease occurrence and features. The results showed that the aquaculture diseases in Fujian have features such as a long cycle. a wide range and increasing number.Reviwing the past 10 years, we have achieved some success in terms of establishing networks,improving the quality of the team, strengthening disease forecasting work and combining of the forecast and control.In view of the current situation such as lack of funding, instability of the forecast team, weak grass-roots technology and backward means of monitoring etc., some suggestions were put forward.
