Abstract: In this paper, on the basis of investigating the definition of facilities for fishing, from land-based and sea fishing facilities, summarizes and analyzes the fisheries facility development status and lack of proposed in Fujian in depth,and proposes the countermeasure and advice that in the basis of consolidating and improving the level of the existing facilities farming level, to conservation of water and waste reduction, conservation of land and productive, saving time and efficient, resistance of wind and eliminate waves,in order to further promote the development of facilities fisheries in Fujian looking forward to provide a reference for the construction of facilities in Province in new era.
