Abstract: This paper compared 3 kinds of membrane (glass fiber filtration film, cellulose acetate membrane, microporous membrane), different extraction time and different temperature on chlorophyll a content determination of centrifugal effect. The results showed that glass fiber membrane chlorophyll a determination was significantly higher than that of acetate fiber filter and microporous membrane; the optimal time for extracting chlorophyll a was in 14h-24h.The measured chlorophyll a content added with ice was higher than that without ice added.
