Abstract:
The Amyloodiniosis is one of the most important pathogen of
Pseudosciaena crocea larvae. To provide basic materials for the effective diagnosis and preventive treatment on Amyloodiniosis of
Pseudosciaena crocea larvae,in this paper, the pathogen, symptom, epidemiology and treatment for Amyloodiniosis in fish culture were described. After researching the preventive methods and therapy, the paper found that in addition to conventional control methods, the treatment of hydrogen peroxide and potassium permanganate mixture was a new method, which could eliminate parasites and reduce parasitism number with 1 mg/L concentration to 30 min. Furthermore, the water physicochemical factors of the larval rearing water with parasitic disease and the normal water had been detected and comprised, the research results showed that the pH and content of inorganic nitrogen were higher than the normal pool water and sea water, which could provide basic data of relationship of this pathogen and water physicochemical factors.
