Abstract: In order to intensify the protection and sustainable use of Sanguinolaria diphos (Linnaeus) resources,our station utilized wild S.diphos resources in the Nanri Island of Putian to carry out large-scale breeding technology research. The technical research results of S.diphos large-scale breeding in the Pinghai Ostrea cucullata Breeding Farm,Putian in 2012 was presented in this paper,and the process of large-scale breeding was also described. We explored the breeding habits,the process of embryonic development and environmental requirements of larvae and spat of S.diphos,and broke through the key technical points such as the requirements of the attached bottom quality,food demand and water quality. We finally summed up and formed a S.diphos breeding technology and process.
