Abstract:
In the paper, the survival rate of
Ruditapes philippinarum, the colony count, the number of
Escherichia coli and the number of vibrio in
Ruditapes philppinarum were detected, with time changing, when stored at 15℃, 4℃ and -18℃,and the correlations between them were analyzed. The results showed that the survival rate of
Ruditapes philippinarum at 4℃ still maintain the 100% saruivel rate of the time of 96 h. The colony count, the number of
Escherichia coli and the number of vibrio of
Ruditapes philippinarum at -18℃ showed no significant change, with the increase of storage time, and were lower than those at 0 h respectively. In contrast, the colony count and the number of vibrio of
Ruditapes philippinarum at 15℃ and 4℃ showed a rising trend at different levels. Meanwhile, the correlation coefficients between them at 15℃ and 4℃ were significant, respectively 0.884, 0.927. However, the number of
Escherichia coli showed no significant change at 15℃ and 4℃.
