蜈蚣藻多糖提取工艺优化

    Extraction technology optimization of polysaccharides from Grateloupia filicina

    • 摘要: 以蜈蚣藻粗多糖产率为指标,比较分析了水提、碱提、酶解法及微波辅助提取等提取粗多糖的方法;以蜈蚣藻多糖得率为指标,研究了浸提温度、提取时间及料液比这三个因素对多糖得率的影响,并在单因素实验的基础之上,选取各因素的较优区域,进行三因素三水平的正交试验,确定了蜈蚣藻多糖提取工艺的最优组合。结果表明:热水浸提法提取蜈蚣藻多糖的产率最高,达到55.64%,且其最佳工艺为温度100℃、时间5 h、料液比1:60,按此工艺提取的蜈蚣藻多糖的得率为59.42%。

       

      Abstract: Using the yield of crude polysaccharides from Grateloupia filicin as index, this thesis compared and analyzed several extraction methods, including water extraction, alkali extraction, enzymatic hydrolysis and microwave-assisted extraction. Using the yield of polysaccharides from Grateloupia filicin as index, this thesis studied the factors that influenced the index, including treatment temperature, time and S/L ratio, and through the single-factor experiment and the orthogonal test, the optimal combination of extraction technology of polysaccharides was established. The results indicated that water extraction was the best method to extract polysaccharides and the extraction efficiency was 55.64%, the optimal extraction technology conditions were the temperature of 100℃,time of 5 h,solid-liquid ratio of 1:60, the yield of polysaccharides up to 59.42%.
