硫酸酯多糖的分离纯化及其分析方法的研究进展

    Research progress on analytical method of isolation and purification for sulfated polysaccharides

    • 摘要: 文章概述了几种除去多糖中蛋白质和色素的方法,以及应用有机溶剂沉淀法、季铵盐沉淀法、超滤法、离子交换色谱法、凝胶色谱法等分级纯化硫酸酯多糖的原理及方法,并从硫酸根含量、相对分子质量、总糖含量、纯度、结构等方面综述了分析硫酸酯多糖的方法,提出应对硫酸酯多糖的构效关系,并进行深入研究。

       

      Abstract: The thesis generalized several methods of removing proteins and eliminating pigment from polysaccharide, and several kinds of principles and methods that classify and purify sulfated polysaccharides, including organic solvent precipitation, quaternary ammonium salt precipitation,ultrafiltration technology, ion exchange chromatography and gel chromatography, then summarized the analytical methods of sulfated polysaccharides in terms of sulfate radical, relative molecular weight, total sugar, purity and structure. At last, the thesis put forward to further research structure-function relationship of sulfated polysaccharides.
