Abstract: The talent is the core to promote development of aquatic product processing industry. This paper analyzed the problems of aquatic product processing industry and the current situation of the talents cultivation in Fujian province, through the investigation and interview on the aquatic enterprises and the related government departments. This paper found the relevant personnel training problems through the investigation and statistics analysis. On this basis, corresponding recommendations and strategies were proposed:enhancing the association between colleges and enterprises, enhancing administration and coordination mechanism of government etc. It also sought effective solutions and means for the related professional talent output and social needs.
