Abstract:
In this paper, the healthy breeding technology of
Litopenaeus vannamei was studied. In this experiment, the breeding mode were investigated by the scientific plan and execution of programs, such as water and pond cleaned, food reasonable fed, disease controlled and the environment-related factors monitored by real-time.The results showed that the DO was kept in 4.2~5.8 mg/L (mean 5.01±0.63 mg/L), and pH was 8.04~8.38(mean 8.13±0.05),respectively. The amount of NO
2--N, NH
4+-N and COD were controlled within the range of 0.15~1.21mg/L(mean 0.05±0.02 mg/L, 0.15~1.21mg/L(mean 0.51±0.40mg/L)and 1.56~7.02mg/L(mean 4.75±2.18mg/L), respectively. The total number of bacteria and vibrio were 200~91000 cfu/mL and 0~6980cfu/mL. There was 27.8% survival rate which 12.8 million larvae were harvested from 46 million nauplii in high healthy breeding. This larvae was health, vitality and strong.
