Abstract: The sperm ultrastructure is widely recognized in the classification and phylogenesis of shellfish.The ultrastructure of spermatozoa can be used as a phylogenetic-taxonomic indicator.Furthermore,the comparative feature has been used as a clue for analyzing the relationship between different species and reproductive evolution.Gastropoda are important marine organisms and play an important role in marine ecosystems.However,Gastropoda spermatozoa exhibit different characters among species groups.In this paper,the basic data of artificial gastropods culture was reviewed.
