丁香酚对锦鲤幼鱼的麻醉作用

The anesthetic effects of eugenol on juvenile brocarded carp

摘要: 在水温为（19.5±0.5）℃条件下，测定了丁香酚对（40.50±1.04） g锦鲤幼鱼的麻醉效果。结果表明：丁香酚对锦鲤幼鱼的麻醉是一个渐变的过程，经历了从轻度麻醉、中度麻醉到深度麻醉的行为变化；随着丁香酚浓度的逐渐升高，锦鲤幼鱼达到麻醉状态所需时间逐渐减少，而后需要的苏醒时间逐渐增加。建议在锦鲤幼鱼麻醉实践操作中，采用浓度为30~40 mg/L丁香酚进行麻醉。

Abstract: Anesthetic effects of eugenol to juvenile brocarded carp weighing (40.50±1.04) g was evaluated at (19.5±0.5)℃.The results showed that the anesthetic behavior was a gradient process from mild,moderate to deep degree anesthesia.With the concentration of eugenol increasing,the anesthetic time of juvenile brocarded carp reduced and the recovery time increased gradually.It was suggested that the concentration of eugenol was 30~40 mg/L in the anaesthetizing practice on juvenile brocarded carp.
